Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Elkhart

I came into Elkhart after a horrible experience with nappanee. I already wrote my review for that experience I had on the 8th. Went in to the Elkhart one today and the lady was very rude and catty. I told her I wanted a Twix extra thick blended and I tried to use my points for my free drink today and I took a screenshot of it before she scanned it and it took it off after she scanned it and I still had to pay the amount which was 6 something but xl are actually 8.22 not 6 so I ended up paying anyways but it was cheaper. She said I already used my points but I did not and I asked to speak to the manager and in a smart elick way she says I am the manger but you don’t need to come back to this location. I said oh okay. This is the WORST coffee place I have been to. I asked for a 20 oz hot coffee and received a 16 oz. When I said something to the cashier she immediately went to her manager. The manager on duty was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. Started the conversation with " So uh," and then proceeded to argue with me saying I was wrong when I didn't get what asked and paid for. The cup clearly said 16 oz on the bottom and the receipt reflected a 20 oz. How is that wrong on my part? I will NEVER go to any Scooters locations ever again. I’m absolutely obsessed with this place! The menu has everything you could possibly want from a coffee shop. We stopped by and got a coffee, an energy refresher, a sandwich, and a breakfast wrap. Everything was so delicious. The sandwiches were hot and the bread was soft (not rock solid like it is at almost every other coffee shop). The girls who helped us were so sweet and there was almost no wait at all to get our items. We’re not from the area but will be back every time we’re in town - I hope to see some Scooters popping up...
