I love Carved cases! I had some for previous phones, but wasn’t going to get one for this phone so I could show off the beautiful green color. Then I saw they had some with clear resin, which is perfect! It’s super sleek, beautiful, and comfortable. It protects my phone well without being too bulky. It does add a little bit of weight, but I don’t trust any supposed high-end products that are too lightweight! The buttons are also solid. I also reached out a couple times about this order, and received fast, polite responses! My only critiques: - The black border around the edges, although that probably can’t be helped much without a redesign or compromising the integrity of the case - As shown in one of the pictures, the top edge has some ripples. This could again be due to the changes necessary for the clear resin, and could be resolved with some time - Camera button cutout: I wish the camera button didn’t have to be a complete cutout, and still had a band on the screen edge, but that would probably render the button almost impossible to use with the (albeit not very much) thickness of the case I would love to see this series continued, and maybe even a couple lines of resin with small pops of color or sparkle in the resin, while remaining mostly clear! Thanks for the awesome product, and somehow even better...

The "Indie" Traveler's Case by Carved had the right ingredients to put me under its spell: geometrically patterned burlwood with a chatoyant brew of swirling teal, greens & blues, sprinkled with warm slivers of pale gold -- the resin moves and glimmers as varying intensities of light caresses its surface! And as important as its mesmerizing looks, the case has a perfect fit and offers good protection, shielding my phone's sides, screen, and rear cameras from baneful klutziness, and I've accidentally dropped it a few times already -- both the case and phone are magickally unscathed, thankfully! The textured left and right sides of the case certainly help create a secure grip. The case buttons have a satisfying click to them and have ample protrusion for ease of access. The embedded magnet works effortlessly with wireless chargers and other magnetic peripherals (pop grips, stands, wallets, etc.), and I like that it's concealed, allowing the beauty of the wood & epoxy resin to shine unhindred. This particular Carved Traveler's Case goes well with the material my fountain pens and the colors of my inks, like kindred spirits. Shipping to the Philippines just took about 2 weeks, hassle-free. The folks at Carved also responded promptly to my queries. I love having a functional piece of art that's "One of 1" --...

I have spent a little over a week with this case now and love it dearly.

The luxurious look of the case has been noticed by nearly everyone who has seen it (just be careful who you hand it to 😅), and I have received endless compliments on it. The look is also a great reason to face the phone away from me helping to reduce stress in multiple ways.

You can slightly feel the burls on the wood portion, with a completely different tactile feel between the wood and resin. Pressed to give a comparison; I would say the resin parts feel similar to a laminated table top, and the wood portions like any well polished oak. This is amazing for anyone who likes to fidget or needs to hold something for nerves.

Due to the slick feel of the backing, as well as price, I wouldn't recommend this for anyone who is known to drop their phone. However, if you're very careful with your device, these are easily the best looking and feeling phone cases on the market. Each curve and edge was worked thoughtfully and creatively to be comfortable in any position, and an absolutely perfect fit (almost too perfect if you like to switch phone cases often).

Find your forever case and make it yours at least for the life of your phone. Though I'm already thinking of plans to make something of the case when I upgrade many years...
