I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about this place. I’ve attempted to go many times but have missed them due to closing down early for selling out. I was able to finally go when they were open. I ordered a birthday cake and got a cookie, bread loaf, and pastry on my way out. The cookie was beautiful and delicious but expensive ($3). The bread was dry and stale. The pastry (a ham and cheese croissant) was disappointing due to lack of flavor/thinnest ham slice ever and again, expensive ($3.50). Bad day maybe?? I regained hope when I picked up my cake a few days later, as it was beautiful. Work of art. But sadly, was not impressed with it. It was not a cake. The cake was not a fluffy sponge, but more so dense pound. I feel so unlucky with my experience since I’ve heard nothing but too notch comments. Maybe I’ll try again in the distant future.

I messaged Chad last minute for a first time order. I needed something for our office. He was exceptional in getting back to me with several suggestions. Although he was booked for that week already, he managed to squeeze me in. I ordered the sampler box. By golly they were the most amazing treats!! My tastebuds were dancing. Everyone in the office was raving about how beautiful everything was but when they tried the desserts... we were floored. Often times looks don't always match taste. In this case taste far surpassed looks which is saying a lot as these desserts were the most beautiful professional looking treats. I am officially a customer for life and cannot wait to try even more. Thanks Chad for you phenomenal work and squeezing me in last minute.

YOU had me at ganache. A birthday cake that was not only beautiful and elegant but delicious. AND Birthday cupcake bites that were so cute and just the right size -- nothing went to waste. Chad was terrific when I went into his bakery for the first time looking for the right cake for both my aunt turning 75 and wanted buttercream and my mom turning 90 who loves little cup cakes. Chad put me at ease, had me taste ganache and that was it! Everyone at the party wanted to know where the cakes came from, so many compliments on how tasty it was. Thank you Chad for calming me and making the most fun cake
