Worked here for a little bit of time, at first came off very friendly. After while it showed just how clicky this establishment was. The other waitress and bartenders were rude and complained about everything. Instead of just letting me go, they made up a story about how I stole money. Also never said I stole it from a register even, which would be In possible because I never had access to one. You carried your own change and turned in money after working. I supposedly stole it from a waitresses black apron, that they have on them 100% of the time. Even the employee at the time that they convinced to go along with this, told me she was “sorry” and “it wasn’t right”. They wanted to get the cops involved and I begged them to do an investigation. Once they realized they seen I wasn’t going to put up with false accusations and if they did call the police and made a false statement they would get in trouble. I was shocked at all they went through when they could have just simply stated like an adult and be professional about it. Never got my last check as well, very shady very unprofessional. I couldn’t BELIEVE a business acted like this. Completely unprofessional. Staff changes frequently and nothing they make is homemade. No homemade sauces or fresh food. I also have proof that this took place. On an old phone I have text messages from the owner and her withholding my check and also me asking to get police involved.

Read moreGoing to start by saying that when my wife and I go out for lunch and dinner we prefer small locally owned restaurants or taverns in the area. However it is becoming more and more that service is going downhill fast. We were greeted promptly and seated to our table swiftly, not knowing that the person who seated us was our waitress. She did not ask for a drink order right away. We proceeded to wait for over five minutes for this, when she finally came back she mumbled some sort of introduction. We gave our drink order then. Another five to seven minutes went by, then put our appetizer and main course order in. In the time that went by my first drink was finished and no check in for another. We received the first of two appetizers from a separate waitress, the second one about 2 minutes later. Ordered water when we received the apps, still did not ask if I would like another drink. About three minutes after the appetizers arrive we got our main course. We are out meals and no contact for rest of the meal. The food was delicious on both parts. In summary of this experience it is getting harder and harder for us to justify going out to eat, services are making it difficult. I have to say that it is not just this establishment it seems to be an all around...

I was excited to go out for dinner for the first time in awhile after having my baby and it just ended up being a stressful and irritating situation. Firstly, a blonde waitress didn't give us silverwear to eat our appetizer, then 25 minutes later she handed me the wrong food, let me touch it, then gave it to another table. THEN, we had to wait an additional 25 minutes for them to remake the correct order... After that, she stated she'd be paying for the FULL TWO MEALS. Ten minutes later came back and said she'd be paying for only one meal. After we got our boxes, she came over with the FULL priced bill. At that point, I was a little less forgiving and asked to talk to the owner. They still didn't make it right! No coupons or anything, no apologies. For how expensive the meals were and the experience, I will not be returning for this reason. Worst customer service/dining experience I've ever encountered. A "well established business" like this should be trying to better fix issues like this or maybe try to do proper training with their employees.
