Hardee’s — Restaurant in Elkins

Service here was very slow. The cashier that took my order stood with her mouth open, just waiting on the food, but not paying attention that my order had already been up for 5 minutes. I stood at the counter for a total of 15 minutes waiting on two cheeseburger meals. This was my first Hardees experience, so when the cashier asked me if I want curly fries, regular fries, or onion rings with my meal, I assumed that they were just three options for the meal. Apparantly, they are upgrades. I have no idea how terrible the regular fries must be if the curly ones are 'fancy'. My daughter and I ate our overpriced, cold, greasy burgers in the car as we made our way down the road. After one bite, we just tossed them back into the bag. I love eating at Hardee's so while traveling through the area I skipped all the other fast food chains to eat at this Hardee's expecting the great service and food I typically get at other Hardee's locations. Boy was I wrong! This has got to be the most disorganized Hardee's I've ever been too! Not only did I sit at the order screen for almost 5 minutes before anyone even answered but after I paid and handed my food I'm told there is no orange juice that paid for, no forks or spoons to eat my breakfast platter(biscuits and gravy)with and didn't even get napkins. Had to stop at a store to buy forks just to eat...

The food is good, like most Hardee’s bud I don’t think I’ve experienced a more unprepared place that lacks any kind of customer service. 95% of the time I’m asked to drive forward and wait for sometimes 10 minutes for my food. And no, it’s not like I'm coming at ungodly hours, it’s during regular business hours, sometimes during lunch.
