I love the food there, the change came when the great guy passed away. I order from there for 5yrs 2xs a week, never complained until recent. They took to my food, I say jus remake it. Came back still not right. Even gave the son a big tip, Call today they said I'm no longer allowed to order from them. I'm filing an official complaint. Why are you mad,my the food was made wrong. I checked in front of the driver, he called his mom she said they'll fix it but guess what it was a LIE. They are rude, ignorant and for sure racist people. I still say food is great, customer service is now trash..Hair on food, a fly one time on food but I still never gave bad review. They kept my money, last order of the night said call to have re make but told I'm not allowed to order from there WHEN I called. GIVE ME MONEY BACK THEN DOMINICK'S ELKTON, trash talks the one in Delaware but at least they didn't send with bugs on food and have no problem giving money back or fixing orders. Criticism comes with the business "Mom"...

I used to like this place years ago, but my wife and I was incredibly disappointed by the Chicken Parmesan. My wife and I both ordered the Chicken Parmesan for 11 dollars each. The meal if you can call it that was a tin full of spaghetti, watery sauce and the biggest ripoff was the one pre-made cutlet chicken patty we both received with our meals. We were so livid that Dominick's has the nerve to charge so much for something you can make yourself for a 1/3 of the price. Grocery cost 1lb. spaghetti $1.00, spaghetti sauce $3.00 and a pack of 6 chicken breast at 5lbs for $10.00. A regular size chicken breast cut in half is still larger then the chicken in the meal they serve you. We could've made six Chicken Parmesan meals for $14.00 dollars! We paid $22.00 for our sad orders combined without adding delivery cost. Bottom line don't order any over priced Pasta...

Dominick’s delivery driver gave us our food in a torn up and wet soggy brown bag after waiting a hour for our food . It was also wet which is very unsanitary. The chicken fingers were white due to whatever they spilled on the bag. When we called to get a refund their manager was very rude and she was saying she couldn’t do anything about the problem the only thing she offered was half of the amount we paid which isn’t good at all. I continued to ask for my cash back n she hung up the phone so I called back . Their manager responded to us saying words like “idc” and “I have other people to deal with. Then brought up something that had nothing to do with the issue saying “you didn’t pick up food in March “ (which was 4 months ago) and had nothing to do with the situation.
