WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER GO THERE AT NIGHT TIME. IT WAS MY FIRST TIME GOING THERE.

I and my 3 year old son went through drive way and asked the ice cream lady about some of the ice cream flavors and she straight out said she will not tell because there are a lot of ice cream flavors. I asked her nicely that just name a few of common favorite among customers. She was VERY VERY VERY RUDE and mentioned she can not go through the list as she has others things to do and is busy (note there was no other customer in the drive through or inside the store at that time). I decided to come inside the store and see through the flavors myself. Lady at night clearly did not want to work. There was no customer there at the moment. Made me wait for more than 10 minutes before coming towards me. I informed her that service here is not good and I felt like you were rude to me through the drive way. Instead of listening to me, she raised her voice and said "she does not care to what kind of service we give to you as we are busy right now". She was talking really AGGRESSIVE AND RUDELY!!! AGAIN!!!. I asked her who is the manager here? I had to repeat five to six multiple times the same sentence because she was ignoring and did not want to tell me the name. I later asked her what is her name to which she said "I do not have a name" and then she disappeared and left me standing again alone. I asked her coworker (who is in his late 50's maybe) about her name to which he responded SO RUDELY "WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM. GET OUT OF HERE AS I NEED TO CLOSE THE STORE. I WILL NOT TELL THE NAME". He was the same rude as the lady. I was really disappointed as my little kid was kept on asking me what's wrong with them and why are they so mean. Clearly worse experience EVER!!!!. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE WHO HIRES UNEDUCATED, UNMANNERED, AND...

This Dunkin' is the best I have ever been to. Clean, courteous, and a large lot with a wide drive thru is awesome. They are patient and answered every question I had the first time I went. I have nominal aphaisia , so I have to describe the nouns I can't remember, which can frustrate people. These employees were chill and helpful. Which gave me courage to talk and to go out without being chagrined.

Those things make them a great place, but it's the little things that make this franchise different and better. The bananas are ripened perfectly. Doughnut holes are always fresh and soft. That's not easy, especially with chocolate. Plus they will always make a fresh cup of whatever mix you want of them, instead of forcing the ones made in the morning and sitting on the counter on you.

I haven't been inside, but my girlfriend informes me it is clean and full of light. Pleasing atmosphere that smells like delicious warm coffee. Some coffee places make coffee too hot , so hot that it gets cold too fast. The Dunkin on Pulaski Highway is guilty of this. Science people! The faster the atom is moving , the easier it is to freeze, (Hot water makes ice faster). This place is a perfect temp, hot yet drinkable. Never too heavy handed with the cream and sugar.

What really won me over is the food. I can't tell you how many times I have had burnt hashbrowns and flatbread from other Dunkins, just nasty. The one on P.H. and the one in town on the east side by the jail, lost my business forever. Complained, but they blew me off. Even better this franchise is very very good at alleviating the grease residue . Remember light and fluffy crossainwiches? Without bacon grease soaked through?...

My favorite barista works here but unfortunately I can no longer enjoy her beverages because her greedy manager charges for get No Ice I repeat No Ice at first I was told .50 after 2 weeks they upped ot to $1 and the last straw was when they saw me tip my barista and the next day tried to charge me $2 just for No Ice idk who sets prices but upon further investigation I found that it was an illegitimate charge after a friend spoke to a district manager on my behalf who said he was completely unaware of the practice it really infuriated me to learn that they had been stealing from me Dunkin did offer my friend a gift card but it rains to be seen if he receives it I would recommend the dunkin less than two miles away from this location but they also tried to charge me for No Ice after my third visit just on whim and I'm now done with the whole company yall are liars and thieves and I will never support your company again yall should be charged for theft who knows how many thousands yall have stolen from yall customers somebody call the...
