Roma's Pizza & Bagel Bin — Restaurant in Ellicott City

Ordered here for delivery today. First time ordering here as new in the area. The menu is well laid out and easy to follow for ordering online. Food was delivered extremely quickly and packaged very well for delivery. It unwrapped as if I was sitting at a table in the restaurant and not having traveled around the crazy drivers here! We ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp for appetizer and as my co-worker says, it was "off the chain." Just the right crispiness and the sauce was amazing. The portion was great as well. I ordered a Spicy Shrimp wrap and was truly taken aback! There were onions, peppers, and lettuce in there to compliment the wrap and shrimp within. The sauce was different than the Bang Bang and I'm not sure what was in it but I'd drink it. Tasted like a mix of sriracha, buffalo, and Old Bay. My co-worker ordered the Chef's Salad which she mentioned was by far the best salad she's had. I will be ordering from here again undoubtedly, and frequently. Food done...

This place was a favorite at one time. The quality has gone wrong in many ways but I still patronized them up until today. I placed an order online for a child's preschool birthday party. Credit card was charged and pizza was not delivered! When I called they claimed they did not have my order. They were not professional about this issue and kept passing the phone around to different people. None of which identified themselves as the manager. They tried to deliver the pizza over an hour after it was requested to arrive. And to make matters worse had created another charge slip for me to sign! The fact that they wanted to me sign something when they were still claiming the order had not come through online made me use cation and not sign. I sent the driver back and went out to another place to get pizza for the children's lunch time that would now be 2 hours late. And there was no offer of a discount after all of this. I don't think I'll ever get food from here again. I ordered ahead of time. The person that was supposed to be manning the front ignored me completely when I walked in. I was the only customer that was there. I asked, "Hello?", not once but twice and he ignore me entirely. The second time, I realized he was praying and I said sorry and I thought someone else would come to the front, so I knocked on their counter and still no one. Then I had to shout, "Hello, can someone help me, please". Then the person that was praying asked me why I didn't ring the bell, which was not in plain view at all. He finally then asked, how can I help you. After I opened the cheesesteak, I discovered that the whole cheesesteak was only 8 inches long and it had the minimal amount of meat in it and it was certainly not quality meat.
