When we walked to the counter, the girl taking our order was rude. I thought maybe she was having a bad day. After our order was placed, the customers behind us began to order. One man was special needs with an aid. He ordered his meal and paid for it. His aid then ordered hers, but her card was declined, so she cancelled her order. The gentleman was given his order and as he left the building, the manager ran to the parking lot and made him give her his food back. His aid stated that he had paid for it and she had to cancel her order due to her card being declined. The manager rolled her eyes. When the girl at the counter who took his order was confronted by the gentleman and aid, the girl taking orders did nothing. I watched her give him a receipt for his food before he received his order and he left the building. They took his food back and didn’t want to refund his purchase. After several minutes, his money was refunded and he left the store empty handed. Absolutely despicable to watch. I will not ever eat here again and it makes me not want to eat at...
Read moreSpent $40.00 at this location made a 40 mile round trip and when I got home to look at my food it was not right ...my mc chickens we're hard and out of time by at least 2 hours. I was shorted 2 mc doubles and received no bbq sauce for my chicken nuggets or Rance .. I didn't feel like making a 80 mile trip so I figured that when I got off of work I would have this corrected but when I spoke with the manager on seen a young woman which was friendly,Her reply was we cannot fix this for you sir.. the sad thing about this is the nite manager bagged my order ..I did try to call as soon as I got home and looked to see if they were buzy but it was not..far as the time read more than likely I will not get food from this location in ellisville bc I lost out all the way around the board...maybe more training is more necessary for the employees and the management staff I been working with food all my life and this...
Read moreI visited this McDonalds at 6:45 am. They were not busy in the lobby, but did have several cars in their drive thru. The woman who was the "shift leader" according to her name tag is clearly in the wrong job. She was very unconcerned about anything and was the person designated to take orders from the lobby. She did finally get two orders taken and mine was one of them. Then 10 mins later I hear from the back "oh you still don't have muffins," so apparently no one was reading their menu board to prep the food. Again the "shift leader" was still just kind of lost while people lined up in the lobby. I had actually remind her I was still waiting on my food at the 15 minute mark. When she finally brought the food all she said was "thank you come again." She could have cared less I had to wait and could have cared less there was a line in her lobby.
