The crew at this Dunkin deserves an honorable mention! Have been to many Dunkin Donuts in my time, but the crew at this one was outstanding! We visited on July 8th at 11am, while passing through the area. Make note upper management! These people should be future management! It was a Saturday morning and they were slammed with orders. It took some time to get our order, understandably as it was a large order, so I had some time to watch what was going on behind the counter. The crew was like a well-oiled machine! The person taking the order even walked me through using the kiosk when he saw me having an issue. He was also the one who was managing the orders, making sure the tickets were orderly and had each item on the ticket. He was a young, taller, stocky man. The woman working on the drinks was communicating about what drinks she had made (ours were 4 complicated iced espresso drinks with extra shots, oat and almond milks..etc and came out together and were spot on!) She was advising that the trash was full and needed to be changed. Same experience with the food order! They communicated so well with the rest of the staff. I even dropped an egg wrap on the ground when I got my order and the stocky man got right on making me another one ( in the middle of managing the flood of orders coming in) . The cook made the wrap, and instead of just putting it on the counter, asked "I have a replacement egg wrap" and handed it to me directly! He saw everyone wad busy and stepped up! Another team player! I don't think I have ever written a review for a Dunkin before but felt compelled to get the word out to other customers and to upper management about just how wonderful this...
Read moreI work a few miles from this store. I work with four other employees and we ALL drink dunkin daily. This being the closest store, you can imagine we come to this particular store often. I am constantly having to drive back because they never get the order correct the first time. Today I went in and had the pleasure of being cashed out my the general manager. When I told him there was not enough ice in the cup, his response was, "well we can only put so much in the cup". I worked for Dunkin for seven years. 4 of those for this specific person. Yes, it is an extra step to put extra ice in my coffee, but are you kidding me? I continuously try to return to this store thinking they will eventually get it, but they never do and there is always POOR customer service when I complain that my order is wrong. BOTH brewer Dunkins get my order correct every morning. It is possible, you just have to try. I will NEVER go back to this...
Read moreThe kid in the window was more worried about keeping his sunglasses on than serving our order. He took our card and didnt give us a total. So we asked him what the total was. He said our total like he was annoyed that we even asked. We knew the total, we wanted to know that he was charging us the right amount. After he hands us our stuff, he says "Is that it?" What do you mean, is that it? Your only job is to make sure that we get the correct order. I know he was barely old enough to be working there in the first place but it's poor management to have improperly trained staff. The order was right though and the food was decent. I'm still disappointed in the quality of service today. That kid, I know his name but he looked like he was barely 15, did not have ANY sort of professionalism or desire to be there.
