After assuming we received the wrong bread for a previous order Mike, the manager, offered to remake our sandwich's. We ordered the Pesto turkey and Waukesha Cobb on focaccia bread. My sandwich okay but certainly not on focaccia. I called the manager, Mike, and was told he double checked the sandwiches ordered this time and they were indeed on focaccia. I ordered rolls for Thanksgiving which I believe are only available during the holidays. My order was placed and paid online two weeks in advance but when I arrived to the online order pick up area my items could not be located. They will sell you TWO day old bread at FULL price without telling you. Then they get an attitude when you point out the purpose of going to a bakery is to get fresh bread. Really !? To the owners response: Your selling stale bread at full price that has sat there for 2 days without telling customers. Who would be "satisfied" with that deal ? You can keep your free loaf.
