Delicious food. I come here almost everyday. Spend around 20-60 a day. Nice and clean. Its my happy place.But...š.....that might all be ruined now....today I went in there around noon to take my daughter ,who's never been there before and the older african american woman cooking in the back was very rude with her ghetto attitude. Mind you, Im probably the friendliest goofy customer youll ever meet. Ive never had issues and I never complain. I ordered 2 turkey crossaint sandwiches but i only got 1 turkey sandwich...so I asked her if it was on receipt or did they forget to add it on..she pulled the receipt away from me while im trying to show her, rolled her eyes and made the rude " hmmm hmmm ugh" sounds. I told her" seriously?". I went back to the register and told another girl that the cook was rude and that attitude and that I dont like that. It was uncalled for. I asked to speak to someone. She said sorry but never got anyone for me. Almost like she blanked out and didnt hear me or just doesnt care. Then I reordered the 2nd sandwich since it wasn't on the receipt. When I got home, it wasnt 2 crossaint turkey sandwiches, it was turkey subs. Yeah , I didnt want that. I come for that flaky crossaint bread. Am I speaking like a mouse today or something? Never have I thought a ghetto woman would be in such a nice place. I come here to get away from ghetto people who think they can behave however they desire. Having her work there will end up with me taking my hundreds of dollars a week to the other chocolate factory....ruined my daughters first time. She said "im sorry mama that ladys mean to you, i dont know why". Businesses need to chose better employees because that can ruin a place. In the long run it could shut down if it continues because youll slowly lose more and more customers and lots of money. I am a business owner and I wouldn't have that type of employee in my place. Look at the cameras. Youll see me smiling and friendly. No excuse for her attitude. Ill be informing all my family and friends who go there of this. And the past 2 days they tell me there is no chili for chili hot dogs. Just a plain hot...

Twice now I have tried to place orders over the phone. First time I was told half hour wait which I didn't have. Today I was put on hold, hung up on about 3 min later, and then no answer when I called back 3 times. When I arrived I asked the woman who answered the phone about it and she said we must have been busy. So just waste people's time and hang up on them that seems good. When there is a pandemic there should be pick up option no matter what. Update the order menu online with all items and I will use that option. Until then. I guess this is another place I will not be coming back to. Rude employees who don't value people's time. Not getting my money again. Hire more people, do what...

I called the store this week to let them know how impressed we are with the customer service at this location. I love the fact that they weigh your ice cream! Now I have the option to order a smaller portion instead of discarding food! We live in the Falls, but do like to drive to this location. The restaurant is a bit more cozy, and the customer service is excellent! There are younger people and a few older who work here and they are all equally gracious and helpful!
