First I would like to start out by saying that I love Dunkin Donuts, I think they have the best tasting coffee out of the available competitors in my area. I drink Dunkin Donuts every day and my order varies, but lately I have been drinking the Cold Brew. When i get this i always get it the same way, and ask for no ice. If you don't ask for little or no ice they fill the cup to the top and you barely get 1/3 of the actual cup size you order. I frequent about 5 different locations and none of them have ever given me an issue with this, this morning i went to this dunking donuts, paid for my coffee and asked for no ice. As i paid for it they didn't say anything, then they hand me my order and my Large cup is filled only half way with coffee!! I looked at the employee and said, why isn't the cup full, i paid for a large? she said oh well if you get no ice we can't fill it because then you get more than you're supposed to. Again, the other locations that i visit always fill it to the top for me. I will not be returning my business to this location. the near by location on rt 46 west in garfield always makes my...

On top of that, the customer, after checking his/her order and getting it "fixed" and having to leave in a hurry because that person has errands to do, notice that because he/she said 15, got 50! That is the reason why we decided to stop going to the branch because if that with simple Munchkins orders, what would happen...

I looked at her and she asked " Aren't you going to buy anything "? I said, "No." I am a DD perks customer, and I use the mobile app. I do not buy their products that much because none of them know how to make a simple cup of coffee really taste good. I contacted their headquarters, and despite that, no one has contacted me. At this point, if they don't care how their employees treat customers, I would rather take my business where I can get a better tasting coffee at a...
