today i wanted to get food with my family it was my first time at your restaurant. however, i was treated very poorly. my food never arrived after waiting over an hour. we asked the waiter how long our food would take and she literally did not have a response. not to mention she wouldn’t even make eye contact with my family. i do not appreciate this type of service i feel like me and my family was not heard and you as a restaurant did NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS (not saying sorry when you were clearly in the wrong) this is very poor reflection on your restaurant I will NEVER BE COMING BACK TO SKIDS AND YOU MUST LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS when they are talking about their order. Also, did not inform us that we had to wait for lunch. Not to mention YOUR RESTAURANT SERVED EVERYONE ELSE BUT MY FAMILY. Just got out of hospital & my mom took us for burgers. After 3p arrival, not busy. Immediately seated, woman waitress EXTREMELY & genuinely friendly, brought menus right away, took care of drinks. Efficient in taking food orders. Wonderful woman!! Food ordered: Double cheese burger baskets, onion rings, chili cheese dogs, hot dogs The freaking BEST onion rings; cooked perfectly!! Burgers juicy, delicious & not pink in the middle on toasted buns Cheese dogs with the best meaty chili ever Hotdogs plump, cooked well & delicious

The food here was just okay. The overall experience ranks with the worst of all dining out experiences. My siblings and I met in Elon for a mini reunion and lunch with our nephew. As the last customers of the day (2:30 pm) the waitress said there was no rush. We left and decided before leaving town to take a family photo across the street on the “green”. When we returned 20 minutes later, one of our cars had been towed and we had to pay $250 to get it back. Skids owner has an agreement with the tow service and did not offer to help us out.
