Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Elsa

My husband and I frequent a few Church's locations in the Mid Valley. The location in Elsa is one of the worst ones. We placed our order at the drive thru window because we waited approximately 5 minutes and had to drive up to the window and tap just to get someone's attention and take our order. We placed 2 ten piece orders. One was for plain tenders & the other was for plain legs & thighs. Turns out neither one of those 10 piece orders could be served complete. We said we could wait for a fresh batch of each one. As it turns out, we got some spicy pieces on both orders without our asking. We did not find out until we got home. It's not the first time there have been issues with this location. Based on some of the previous reviews you don't train your people on what customer service is. Common sense was also lacking. I did see someone comment on giving them a raise. In my opinion, a better work ethic should be a prerequisite for getting "A" job. Just showing up and clocking in is not all that's required to get a paycheck. There is a hand written sign saying customers need to check their orders because once a customer leaves there is nothing that will be done to fix missing items or wrong items. So you are telling customers that you will get what you give them and they will either take it or leave it so just don't complain because nothing will be done. It is a WELL KNOWN FACT about this location.. HORRIBLE SERVICE, and they "Run out of something EVERY DAY well before they close".. I cant say enough bad things about them.. Don't get me wrong.. The food aint bad when you can get it, but that is rare..

My offer.. I would be will to BUY this loaction if the owner ever wants to sell it.. Or maybe he could just hire me to go in and get it flowing the right direction.. I fix compaines.. Thats what I do..

Lets not even get into how DIRTY this place is or how bad it smells inside.. That is a whole nother rant..

Staying on track.. How do you run out of chicken fingers at 7pm, or run out of Sweet tea 3 hrs before you close.. No spicy meat at 5:30pm.. Really guys.. I could keep going, but why??

I've always said that anything under a 4 star is unsatisfactory. However I also believe that a rating of 3.8 high enough to deserve a chance to redeem themselves by improving their overall rating. So I have have given them several opportunities to improve but have failed to do so. During the time I would patronize the establishment, it was seldom the times the workers would smile at costumers. Like if they hated being their. That started to improve a bit but the over cooked dry chicken was still lingering occasionally. My pet peeve however is getting my order wrong. What is so hard about getting it right? Hopefully they will pay more attention to detailes and improve. So that is why my rating...
