Cancelled my order because delivery would’ve taken 2+ hours. I asked for my options instead of cancelling delivery and they said cancel, wait or drive all the way over there get off and pick up the pizza. I asked if i can have curbside as option they said no i would have to cancel and REORDER for curbside and wait 2-3 for my refund. I said if i pick up can i have my tip back, i tipped ahead because of delivery and they said no they would still be keeping the tip. I cancelled. I’m not going to let you keep the tip i left for delivery when I’m still picking it up and getting off for my order. Lady also had attitude on the phone after i had asked to repeat my options one more time. Hire more drivers or at least offer curbside as the alternative without making me cancel my order.
