Burger King — Restaurant in Elyria

It is 7/7/17 and 7:30am. We went into the newly renovated BK and it looks great! There were a couple people waiting on food and one person ordering when we came in. The person ordering finished and the cashier went to work on orders. Most orders were finished up before we were even acknowledged as being there. When it was our turn I made sure I was very nice because I was a bit irritated at the lack of any other worker in sight. The lady taking our order barley spoke and when she did she was rude in tone and words. I was using coupons and had to ask for two extra drinks and that just seemed to ruin her entire day. Also, dont most conpanies have policies about talking on your Bluetooth to whomever while you are literally in the middle of assisting a customer. Based off of how she was talking I sure hope it was a friend and not her boss. So after I got home with this food... One breakfast sandwich was supposed to be bacon instead of sausage, that request was ignored. We ordered 3 of the french toast sticks, they were all over cooked and hard. So I endes up making my youngest daughter breakfast. Our order was not huge or difficult. We were nice any respectful the entire time there. I just wish we could have received the same treatment. Due to BK having hardly any workers there and this woman having a bad day or whatever, our morning turned into unnecessary aggravation when it was intended to be a treat for the family to start our morning off...

I have never had an issues with this burger King until today when my kids were hungry and we were out grocery shopping so I stopped there for a quick meal. I went threw the drive threw and ordered my food witch took a while because they were so distracted with other conversations that they were not paying attention and there was only 1 other car in the drive threw and you can't go into the building. Once I place my order and received it I checked it and I ordered a 10 piece nugget and 2 fries and 2 8pc cheesy tot when I checked my bag I only had an 8pc nugget and no fries and 2 7pc cheesy tots I decided the cheesy tots were not a big deal but the rest was so I pulled back threw the drive threw and told the worker and she explained they only do 8pc nuggets now but she will get my fries for me no problem the manager she was so young girl with french braided pigtails that had no customer service at all she said you don't need your fries it was only 1.00 and she continued to yell and said she gave us our fries so I grabbed my bag and said look no fries so I asked to speak to a manager she said showed me her name tag and said your talking to one and threw my fries at the other worker to hand to me I will never be back to that burger king and it...

I normally don't do this, I've worked at a bk before and I completely understand if you're busy and make a small mistake. We ordered two ten piece chicken nuggets with sauce and we got two eight pieces with no sauce, even though the sauce was on the receipt. As we got to the window we were handed our food and then we were asked to hand it back.. I did since I figured they were being nice and double checking. I heard the manager say "sweet and sour? That's all they get." as I had ordered sauce for my fries as well, we got none. Nothing. We decided to go back through and I apologized and asked for another ten piece and made sure I specified extra sauce. As I got to the second window I asked the woman working if she had made sure to put extra sauce in the bag since we had more chicken nuggets. She double checked with me the sauces and then said "they're in the bag" and shut the window quickly. Since I had double checked I figured there would be sauce and drove away. Only two. I had asked for extra since we had about 26 chicken nuggets total. We got the sauce for my fries and one sauce for the chicken nuggets. The only nice worker was the woman at the first window.
