Subway — Restaurant in Elyria

Got my Tuesday coupons in the mail with the usual pizza ads and grocery store fliers. Saw the Subway coupons. Saw 3 foot longs for $18…with a couple of restrictions. My Granddaughter and I went to the East River location in Elyria on Thursday around 4 pm. Walked into an empty store. My Granddaughter asked if they were accepting this coupon….the woman said yes…..but it doesn’t apply to bacon, chicken, steak, and something else. Clearly not any of the restrictions on the coupon. We left. Flabbergasted. Went to Mr. Hero and they happily accepted our coupons. And the food was delicious. If Subway was using that coupon to get me in the door….the succeeded……for...

4st and east river subway is hands down the best one in elyria. Customer service is excellent, and the woman making the sandwiches raises the bar high. You won't find another subway in the area that makes their sandwiches like they are supposed to be made like the one on east river... Not to mention, if you download the subway app, it's BOGO. Who doesn't want 2 footlongs...

Ordered a foot long sandwich when delivered was only a 6 inch when I called the location was told I would be put into a "book" for pickup of a sandwich. There was no refund and subway does not refund but leaves to location to handle. So basically I paid for a full meal and only got a half meal at full price l. That's theft if you ask me.will not buy...
