It's a hit or miss with their blizzards. Sometimes they are mixed properly and sometimes it's half ice cream that has nothing mixed in.

A few employees know what they are doing and you get what you came craving for and the others have no clue how to make the desserts correctly. So it's all up to your luck on who you get making your order. This location being just the dessert options and not the full DQ experience, you would think they would train their employees better.

Like another reviewer mentioned, I have yet had any of the employees turn the blizzard upside down before giving it to me.

I returned to the store to because the Orange Julius I received did not taste right. I informed the staff member (Hayden) that the drink's flavor was off and requested a replacement. Her response was dismissive, stating that she was confident in the drink's preparation given her two years of experience of working there. The staff member's tone and demeanor were unprofessional. She proceeded to pour the Orange Julius into another cup, tasted it, and stated to the other employees that it tasted fine to her with a smirk on her face. Just now went to grab the baked brownie and ice cream dish, where i like to add another brownie (which i've gotten before) and the lady who took my order basically charged me for 2 instead of just the extra brownie. 10$. which then i always ask no extra ice cream because when they give me the ice cream it's just the perfect amount for me to eat 2 brownies. Well for some reason this time they gave me less ice cream than usual and felt rude that i had to ask for more ice cream when i asked not give me extra with the extra brownie. she was rude and had attitude and was not happy with her at all....
