Food was delicious. had burrito. Noticed there was mango in the burrito. I started to wonder which part of the burrito is organic because it is impossible to get organic mango. I sat close to entrance/exit and noticed how the customers serve themselves. Customers would take the plates to look for the trash on the way out. All they found were two recycle blue bins. Everyone did the same thing. All 10 customers individually halted at the bins, with a wondering look. A few asked where the location of trash for leftovers and were told by the staff/owner to "just put everything in the (blue) bin." The rest lifted up the cover, saw that there were flies and food in the bin, not finding anywhere else to throw leftover food, threw their plates in too. Very sad. They care in name "organic". They are plainly irresponsible to the community and environment. To me who painstakingly separate what is recycle and not daily, I was disgusted and appalled. So if I almost dying from hunger and absolutely need a local fish burrito, I will think about this place. But I am not going to assume it is fully organic, and certainly will never leave anymore 20% tips, and only do take-out to properly...
Read moreFirst time at Haggo’s. Get it line and order your food, then pay and sit down if you can find a place. It is not a typical dinning room by any shape of the matter. Actually it’s not a room at all. Mostly outside with tables scattered around and more than a few bar like counters to sit at. It is not a family friendly, except for the crayons and place mats to color and two boxes of toys to throw around. You get a number and the servers find you by your number. Napkins in dispensers and four sauces served in squeeze bottles are placed on the table.i ordered the Azul burrito with glazed onions. Lots of meat and tasty caramelized onions, I found to be very tasty and tender. For my grandkids, they got rolled up quesadillas with two wedges of orange. Our guacamole came with a minimum amount of chips, but since our main course came with chips, we were able to use those to eat the guacamole. HAGGO’s appears to be a hip place to go. I would return when I’m back in California. I did basically enjoy the food. If this commentary was helpful to you, please look below before you go and hit the thumbs...
Read moreCould be the healthiest restaurant I've ever eating that everything is only fresh and organic it is definitely authentic prices for not only reasonable downright inexpensive for what you get. The food is qualitative and quantitative especially being a California restaurant. I recommend buying a kid's meal as an appetizer is what I did the kids burritto was awesome and you get organic animal cookies and orange 🍊 slices with kids meal the price of an appetizer 8 .95. I personally like the shrimp tacos burrito and bowl are my favorite followed by the pork chicken and beef tacos, bowls and burritos. But you can't go wrong with the taco salad but it is the the priciest of my favorites that being said in my opinion is a fair price for the quantity & quality y I receive. The burritos or a little bit pricey whereas the bowls and tacos are a bargain . outside dining 25 feet from highway and 75 feet from high speed train tracks adds to the uniqueness, energy , music enhance the positive atmosphere experience of the atmosphere. The service other than closing the grill early is...
