I wouldnât recommend buying anything refurbished from this Best Buy. They sold me a Sony camera that was inspected under âsatisfactoryâ with no issues. Didnât realize any issues with it until I went back to my photos and noticed there was dots on the photos. The whole time I thought my lens were dirty but after all that it was a imaging processor problem.
I tried to call this Best Buy numerous times with no answers and no response. Plus with Covid and not having any time to come down to this Best Buy, I finally came down and spoke to someone in customer service about this issue. I fully explained the situation he even spoke to manager and they wouldnât even give me store credit towards this camera that they sold to me. This camera was defective when they sold it to me. If I go back to the very first photo I took thereâs dots all on the image. Which means they sold me a bad camera and couldnât even help me out. Instead they told me to contact Sony directly. This isnât Sonyâs fault, this is Best Buyâs fault for selling a defective camera in the first place.
Mad and frustrated doesnât even begin to describe how Iâm feeling right now. I am now regretting being a credit card holder....I am so done with shopping here!
Iâll take my business...
Read moreLarge selection of products including TVs, video games, phones, computers, smart devices, ect, but the Manchester CT best buy offers slightly better appliances and a couple items this one doesn't carry like record players and higher end stereo equipment. Overall the employees here are nice, always willing to help, and service is usually reasonably fast. Price wise they're on par with other best buy locations and the store has recently been slightly upgraded on the inside which is plus. One complaint I have is a new policy of theirs (specific to this location) prevents you from using gift cards on "other gift cards". This prevents you from using a best buy gift card to buy a membership to PlayStation Plus, Xbox Live, Netflix, ect and prevents you from buying Steam credit, Xbox Live credit, PSN credit, ect which seems silly given that this is an electronic store. One area this place really shines at is their mobile phone department. They've been so helpful over the years that I haven't set foot in a Verizon in years - I just go here because they know how to get you setup with whatever you need properly. In summary this is still a good place to go for your electronic needs, just don't forget to price match so you get the best...
Read moreHorrible experience. Came in looking for a phone repair, the screen is broken and there is a software problem. When I went to Geek Squad, they said they do not fix broken screens. I told them it was fine, but could they look into the software because my phone is acting up. They said "No, sorry we do not fix broken screens". Again I said "Thats fine, but can you look into the software?". Geek Squad again, "Sorry we do not fix broken screens". One last time I told them, "I am having issues with the software, not the screen." Geek Squad AGAIN has the audacity to say "Sorry we do not fix broken screens". I clearly asked about the software and not the screen. After that I proceeded to leave the store. Later I looked online and it says they do fix broken screens at the Enfield Elm Street location. If they do not, then contact Headquarters and have them...
