Arby's — Restaurant in Englewood

One star is generous. I've tried this place 3 times in a week or so, as it's on my way home from work. The service is horrendously slow, ridiculously so. Super long waits for 1-2 vehicles.

The quality is lacking. Last night and tonight my regular roast beef sandwhich was tiny, slapped together, and SQUASHED. (See photos). Finger grooves were visible on the buns and the sandwhich was clearly flat while still in the wrapper. Last night the lid came off the shake driving home and spilled. The lids don't fasten tightly.

The manager on duty tonight was extremely unprofessional and blamed his employees for the long wait for my onion rings. I ended up basically forced to take curly fries, which I really didn't want. Nothing else was available and after 15 minutes in line I wasn't waiting any longer. I did eventually get the onion rings but they weren't fully cooked so were inedible. I had also wanted to order cookies but they weren't ready either.

Absolutely the pits. The person taking my order walked away with out an excuse me or explanation. When she returned she shrugged her shoulders and gave me a look as if expecting me to just continue. Dispite asking my name, when she finally brought my order she held up the bags, shook them at me and said, "here's your order." In the meantime I watched another employee use a serrated knife to cut a plastic jug in half. This type of blade leaves tiny bits if plastic behind, those bits fell into sauce in the bottom of the jug. Then, instead of using a spoon to scoop the sauce out of the jug she reached in with her gloved hand and scooped it out. The same hand that just threw the top of the jug into a trashcan. Who knows where else that hand had been. My order included 2 fish sandwiches. They were so dry, and the sandwiches had so little sauce, we had to take sips of our drinks to swallow each bite. Twice in one week I've been disappointed with this location. The other day my husband went through the drive thru and ordered a roast beef combo for himself and a double beef and cheddar for me, with no bun. He got home and my beef and cheddar was there, along with the curly fries, but no sandwich. Then today I went back, ordered my usual double beef and cheddar, no bun. I got home and had a little bit of beef and cheese thrown on it. I paid $5.69 for what should have been a double, and got a tiny little bit of meat. Every other Arby's location I go to serves it perfectly, putting the cheese and sauce on the side....with the correct amount of roast beef. Needless to say I will not be going back to that location. I do have to say though, that the girl in the window appeared to be training or the manager had to help her keep on track, but she was very nice. She's why I'm giving them at least a couple stars.
