Kennedy Fried Chicken (Halal) — Restaurant in Englewood

Went to Kennedy Fried Chicken today, there were two men working. The first man, who worked the front counter in addition to preparing the chicken boxes, had no mask on. It was not on his wrist, it was not resting on his chin- it was absolutely nowhere in sight. This was as he was boxing the chicken to give to customers. The second worker wore a bandana as a mask. Anyone over the age of ten with access to the internet knows that a bandana does absolutely nothing in preventing the spread of the disease. Additionally, he wore no gloves when handling/ preparing the food. Kennedy Fried Chicken, your food is good, but please, EDUCATE your workers....

The chicken is edible and fufills needs at 1am, however, I wouldnt call it GOOD. Happy to have it. As of late, the customer service is beyond horrible. You wait at the counter, sometimes for 10-20 mins or more waiting for someone to emerge from the back to take your order. There's no working system established to service consumers whatsoever. Are they too cheap to hire a girl just to take orders and run the register while they cook in the back? You cant run a business like this. And they act like tolerence should be expected. Just walked out. Very annoyed. Nothing else in the area is open this late so people just accept...

Beware new owners!!!! I ordered hot wings and fries. He takes a box from the heating rack and goes to the back. I guess he thought I didn't see that. I told him not to cook my food hard. He returns less than a minute later with old dried up an hard food. I demanded that my food be cooked fresh. He kept saying it is fresh and thought it was funny. Two other men come from the back and agrees with him. I insisted they give me my money back and I will never be back again. People we have to stop supporting businesses that don't care about their customers. Stop giving them your money. Also, none of them...
