This place is awful. First of all, there is no bathroom or a sink available to wash your hands, so if you dine in, you have to leave with sauce and grease smell on ur hands. They don’t even offer a hand wipes for after you finished. The food is mediocre and nothing to wow you. I love Colombian junk food, but honestly the food quality for the amount of money you spend is ridiculous. The customer service is substandard and they charge 20% automatically. There was three people working behind the counter that work very disorganized. I even saw one person eating behind the counter and taking care of customers at the same time. Not impressed at all, and makes you wonder with what food safety standards they are operating under. We ordered las antioqueñas, perro hawaiano, super arepa, alitas, sweet chatarra, 2 mango juices, and pony malta for almost $105. Definitely, not recommend this place at all. What a...

I don’t recommend ordering from this location. I had to call Bergenfield location for the ladies at Englewood to pick up the phone.. took me 5 times for them to pick up the line. Finally they picked up and while taking my order told me to wait while the waitress talk about forgetting to order something with the person in the kitchen. They took my order, only drinks (no food) told me is going to take 30 min to get the order delivered. I called them 40 min after and they told me that my drinks were not delivered yet. Poor customer service and way to slow. An hour and still waiting for 3 mangoladas and 2 cholados… I won’t order from...

This Colombian fast food restaurant offers a good variety of fast foods, and everything I've eaten here in the last year has not failed to impress!! A great thing about their bakery goods is that they're made in very small batches, which means they're always fresh. They have a one of a kind chicken wing flavor that is delicious, and have a special recipe for their chicharron (pork belly), you can immediately taste how it bests other Colombian restaurants. The service is also really nice; respectful, quick and welcoming....
