Diamond Braces Orthodontist: Braces & Invisalign — Local services in Englewood

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent consultation appointment for a mouth guard at your office. ( Englewood).

Unfortunately, I felt the experience was unprofessional. The receptionist addressed me as “Ma’am” and then immediately apologized, which felt uncomfortable. Additionally, despite having a consultation appointment scheduled, I was not seen or evaluated. It seemed as though the staff assumed I could not afford the treatment because my insurance does not cover it.

When I was given the price of $650 for the mouth guard, I was shocked, as this is much higher than I expected or have previously encountered.

I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future patients. I appreciate your attention...

I FINISHED MY TREATMENT, MY RETAINERS WERE DONE IN OFFICE, I PAYED 500, AND IT DID NOT LAST NOT EVEN 3 MONTH AND THEY ARE NOT ACCOUNTABLE OR UNDERSTANDING THAT THE QUALITY WAS NOT GOOD.

AND THIS IS NOT THE ONLY REASON.

THEY DON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY.

I was able to book a same day appointment online for a consultation. I walked in and was seen right away. All of the staff were very informative and nice they greeted me with smiles. I didn’t feel rushed , I didn’t feel like I was asking to many questions very great staff. The Dr. was informative as well and gave me multiple options that I could choose from to achieve the look I am going for. Jailynn was great she’s very thorough and explained my payment/treatment options to me very clear without any confusion. I highly recommend this...
