Da Vinci's Coffeehouse and Gelateria Central — Restaurant in Enid

Baristas are friendly, well-trained, and knowledgeable of the menu. The issue seems to be management who are cutting corners and raising prices. In the last six months they've decided to changed the ice drink ratio so the entire glass is full of ice before ingredients go in. Likewise, employees on shift seem to have been cut down, leaving the ones closing very stressed out. It seems like they're trying to emulate Starbucks, leaving behind the high quality they're known for to be more "corporate" and crappy. Disappointing for what used to be the best coffee...

The service was good and the barista was pretty knowledgeable on what she liked and others. I got a coconut hazelnut macaroon and I wasn’t super impressed. I liked the flavor of coconut but it seems to be kind of bland. I did order it hot and she told me iced was preferred so I blame myself on that part. Easy to get in and out and lots of room for costumers. It feels like someone’s house with all the kids pictures on the way, which made it very unique to me. They have TONS of different drinks so I will definitely be coming back to try...

It’s Saturday night, 8:05 pm, and we were looking forward to trying Da Vinci gelato after enjoying a meal at a restaurant across the street. SADLY, my family of six was disappointed. The young man behind the counter informed us he just put all the gelato away because it takes a long time. The shop closes at 10pm. Help me understand why the product you’re selling has to put away two hours before closing?? 🤔 BTW, we are visiting from Fort Worth and this was my family’s second time to Da Vinci. We didn’t get gelato at that time either....
