I placed an order with the store here in Enid, on my lunch break. I called the store at 12:31 PM per the time stamp on my phone. Every time I have ever placed an order with the store, my food usually arrives within about 10-15 minutes. At 1:07, I call the store to make sure that my order wasn't misplaced or forgotten. The guy who answered the phone says, "I'm very sorry about the wait, I am the back up driver and was just called in to work because no one else was here. Let me get you to my manager." The manager whose name is Ashley gets on the phone, and I said "yes ma'am, I called about 40 minutes ago and ordered a sandwich and it hasn't arrived yet". She says in her exact words "Actually Im looking at your order and it was placed 20 minutes ago and its on it way." She immediately got rude and defensive as if I was trying to lie to her, when I never even asked to speak to her, she was placed on the phone by the other employee. So I told her I actually looked at my phone to double check to see how long it had been before I called and she says "Well your phone is wrong, its ONLY been 20 minutes and its on it way now."
First of all, being disappointed in the fact that I had 9 minutes left of my lunch break at work was enough. To put it over the top was her snotty and rude attitude on the phone. I didn't ask to speak to her, or even intend to ask for free food, all I mentioned was that it had been a certain amount of time, and i hadn't received my food, and she began with her rude tone. I do not appreciate being treated that way, or talked to like I am a child.
I will be taking my business elsewhere from here out, and I will be sure to let the people I know hear about how crappy the manager, of all employees, treats customers, and do my best to detour them from your...

We placed an online order, at 1 hour and 30 minutes we called to see what was going on and were told it was out for delivery and would arrive any minute, 25 minutes later we still hadn't received our food and called for a refund, they said they would give us our refund and call the driver and tell him to turn around. Fine by us since we weren't paying for it. They then called us back a few minutes later and said the driver had come to our home and knocked, when there was no answer he left the food on the porch. This was an outright LIE. We have motion activated cameras with cellular alerts surrounding our home and on both doors. They lied to cover their butts. My rightfully enraged wife hung up on them. I used to love Jimmy John's, but I will never give them my money again, as this is the third time something like this has happened in recent months with no positive experiences. Read moreI really like Jimmy John's bread and I usually go in and buy several loafs of it when I make various types of sandwiches for my family. Today I went in and was told that I can now only purchase 2 because someone was buying all their day old bread and making sandwiches to sell with it. I understood that a person could make a quick buck doing that because they sell their day old so cheap, so I asked if I could get 2 day old and 4 of the fresh that are considerably more expensive. I was then told it was only 2 total. I decided to leave without the bread at that point. There is a huge difference between someone buying a reasonable amount and buying all that you have available. 2 isn't enough for a family of five. Until they can figure out how to not punish their honest customers for the wrong doing of another individual, I guess I just won't be going back there...
