This place needs to go back to the way it was 10 years ago CLOSED! The only time this place ran well and there were no issues is when corporate people were there. Today was a little different I pull up to drive thru window and wait and wait and wait. 5 mins go by. There is an employee near their car smoking, I know it was an employee because of the Wendy's logo on the shirt. No call through the speaker may I help you, can I take your order nothing. The store opens at 6:30am I arrived at 6:40am. So I leave I have to go to work. On the way to work I decide to call the store, to see if I may be able speak to a manager. Phone rings there is no hello, no thank you for calling, the response I received was "YEAH" I asked to speak to a manager "let me check" and the the guy hangs up. Needless to say I didn't frequent Wendy's in Enid, Ok often but now I will not return. The food was always ok, when corporate people were there the food was always excellent. The way my sister and I were treated this past evening was ridiculous! We mobile ordered so some things we wanted, they didn’t have. That’s fine. But when I told them I didn’t want to pay for something I wasn’t getting, the woman seemed very annoyed and yelled for someone to take it off of the ticket. I said it wasn’t a big deal and just wanted to see if we could get another item instead of the first. When she RUDELY handed our food & didn’t even say have a good day, or when I tried to ask if that was everything and was ignored, we didn’t get the one item we’d asked for a replacement. Not having your whole menu is annoying, but being absolutely disgusting to your customers is another. Read moreAbsolutely the last time I will give Wendy's money. Waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes, had to ask them to turn on the lights so we could see it. Repeated the order several times. Got to the window, had to pull forward, waited, when they brought out the order it was missing a drink, a sandwich and another sandwich was wrong. Went back thru, explained the problem, had to pull forward again. When the order was brought out the second time, still missing drink, had to add for it again and the same sandwich was wrong again! Gave up, will never go back. The young man taking the order was polite and tried to help but the other staff were fooling around, goofing off and rude. Total waste of time and money.
