Friendly and helpful staff for the most part. Guitar strings were buy one get one free at the time I bought mine which was pleasant surprise. This location mostly caters to school band consumeables and has a selection of Ibanez, fender and PRS guitar, basses, keyboards and drums and all associated accessories in stock but what they don't have I'm sure they can order and the prices are reasonable. Sherry was absolutely rude for no reason at all. I called at 3:53 to ask if she would be there 3 minutes late as my guitar string broke and I live 10 minutes away. She said “we close right at 4” and hung up on me.

I've been going to this music shop (instruments, instructions, supplies) since I moved here. I've seen it go through its ups and downs, and it's always been the #1 shop in town. They have always been great when it came to selection, however; due to Covid their selection has gone down. I only found electronic pianos but a good acoustic/ electronic guitar selection.
