Winchell's Donut House — Restaurant in Enid

If I could give no stars I would. I wanted to do donuts for my wedding and I called the store to order them. They told me over the phone I couldn’t place an order I just needed to come in and I could order them that way. I said, are you sure because this is for a wedding and I will be ordering a lot of them. Like 13 dozen. The lady I spoke with said that’s not a problem just come in the day you need them and we will make them for you. We don’t accept orders like that. I said okay. The DAY of my wedding I went to get the donuts and the lady told me no. We can’t do that. You will take all the donuts I can’t sell you that many. I told her I called and she said yeah but we have no cooks for that. I can’t do it. I tried explaining that this was for a wedding this was the desert for the wedding she did not care she told me no and just acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I walked out of the store bawling and my maid of honor called a few other places we ended up going to Walmart and buying some mini donuts. I will never ever go to this location again unless it changes staff and ownership. New to the area children and other half wanted donuts, took the time to Google where to get good donuts in Enid Oklahoma this place popped up we thought sure let's give them a try since they had a very big list to choose from. Let's just say we Will NEVER be back and y'all should be ashamed of how rude you let your employees be. Went in to get a couple of donuts. The lady was on her phone and I had to get her attention to get help. Ok so I told her what I wanted and she was in such a big hurry that she didn't give me a chance to say that I wanted them bagged separately. When I finally got the chance to she slammed the box on the counter and put them in separate bags. When I got to work I noticed she had put my chocolate donuts upside down in a brown bag. Really?
