Starting off with the ramen 🍜 by far my favorite around town. Still in seek of great ramen. This place will do for now. Pork tonkatsu ramen - the broth was light but felt brothy, if that's a word. Good flavor from the pork and fixings. I can recommend for people to try it once. We got four different sushi. Jimmy Smith Roll Smoke salmon, krab stick, cream cheese deep-fried w.spicy mayo. This one was just okay. Nothing to write home about. All we can taste was the batter and mayo.
Osaka Roll Shrimp tempura, krab stick, avocado and cream cheese topped w.yum-yum sauce, eel sauce and sweet chili. This was the best out of the four. Good flavor mix.
Volcano Roll Deep-fried Krab stick, cream cheese, tamago, avocado, topped w.spicy tuna, sweet chili sauce, eel sauce and masago. This was second favorite of the night.
Crazy Pepper Tuna Roll Spicy tuna, krab stick, cucumber, avocado topped w.pepper tuna, ponzu sauce and tobiko. This one was the third favorite from the bunch.
Overall fairly priced and good...

Koi Sushi adds to the Pensacola foodie scene with a beautiful dining space and ramen dishes.
Atmosphere: The seating is limited with tables and booths filling most of the space. A beautiful sushi bar is nestled into the far right corner and offers seating around the bar. The best detail is the lit up Koi fish hanging of the ceiling! Service: The servers are kind and ensure that orders get taken quickly. Menu items: I’ve gotten their Hibachi Chicken that comes with Miso Soup and Ginger Salad and replaced the rice options for the Yakisoba noodles. I also got their Poki Salad with mixed fish (tuna and salmon) and Tonkotsu Ramen. All of the menu items taste fresh with unique flavor profiles.
They also serve sushi, bento boxes, sashimi & nigiri, Katsu, and more. I ended up going three times in one week, so I definitely...

I suspect that they are going to be more known for sushi, I was desperately craving curry so I had the curry katsu chicken. Very good lunch option. I was sorta thinking about a bento box but my desire for curry won out. It comes with miso soup which was fine. The prices are reasonable which is appreciated. Service was great and my waiter knew a lot and made many appealing suggestions. Located beside firehouse sub a place I frequent, I have to give this place the same knock I gave firehouse in that review. Parking and driving in/out is problematic. An older strip mall where there are lots of potholes and broken asphalt. Easier getting in than out. I truly enjoyed my lunch at Koi Sushi and look forward to trying...
