For inside dining a buffet is available that shuts down hunger in a comfort food way. The buffet comes with a plastic spoon/fork, napkins and paper cup for the drink, two Styrofoam plates., and one Styrofoam dessert plate and is offered as all you can eat. The food selection is presented as serve yourself cafeteria style presenting regular or crispy fried chicken and grilled chicken - including wings; fried okra, butter beans, black eyed peas, cheese potatoes, chicken and dumplings, biscuit, brown gravy, white poultry gravy, macaroni & cheese, rice, collards, apple pie, banana or chocolate pudding, vanilla wafer cookies, kernel cooked corn, cottage cheese, pickled jalapeno pepper, sliced onion, raw and cooked carrots, sunflower seeds, raisins, mashed potatoes, pinto beans and more. Included is a soft drink, tea or water. The buffet is fairly priced at $8.99, and ask for the senior discount. I don't consider this place as a good first date choice, but it's an opportunity for a hearty, nutritious meal for those seriously craving fried chicken and are truly hungry! Regular menu items and combinations are available. The drive through business is always steady. The dining area is attractive and kept clean. The employees are professional and friendly. The food quality is good for the money and KFC's chicken easily has captured major market share with their tasty chicken! The place looks well maintained. My only concern is sanitation; the door to the men's room, and the toilet stall door has finger prints and other old grime on it that doesn't seem to be removable. It makes an awful impression and makes one wonder what the food preparation area might look like? I wonder how often the food serving utensils at the buffet are cleaned during the day? How about the cleanliness of the entrance door handles? Wash your hands. Yet, I give KFC the benefit of the doubt and feel they must be taking sanitation seriously. Parking seems to be no problem. The drive through business seems always steady. The busy intersection and the location of the store makes figuring out how to get into the parking lot and drive through area a challenge and potentially a hazard. Watch for pedestrians, children and adults, going into and leaving the dining area. Watch other vehicle traffic and be careful. The young man taking orders in the drive thru was very rude. On the receipt it says Joe as his name. I was rushed to order and then asked him to please give me Nashville chicken, I stated with mash potatoes and gravy and also a side of potato wedges and a Dr Pepper. I couldn't understand anything he was saying. I pulled to the window gave him the money and he never once even made eye contact. He handed me my food. I said sir are there potato wedges and mash potatoes in the bag? He said " ya there is potato wedges in the bag" and shut the window and walked off the line. The company was not busy. I go inside to speak with the manager and explain to him what happen. I asked can I pay for the potatoes and Dr pepper since he didn't give them to me and I wasn't charged but I want them? I said that is up selling for your company. The manager was very nice and said no we will just make it right for you. The drive thru guy who took my order and messed it up, looked right at the manager and said "you better get your money" and started laughing. I explained to him I am a lead key, trainee coordinator, cocktail server with Carrabbas. His behavior was un acceptable. If i was his manager i would fire him on the spot. He continued to laugh. I went to make my Dr pepper and over heard the 1 table the building had say "this place is nasty, look at the floors, look at my food" and continued to complain. I mentioned to them to contact corporate after they told me they sat there for 30 minutes listening to all of the employees make fun of a previous guest who complained about her food being cold. This behavior was ridiculous and yes the place was a mess. Trash all over the floors, trash cans over flowing. I will never return to this KFC again and I will make sure my friends and family...

Ordered and paid online. Arrived, called to let them know and what spot I was parked. They told me they had my order and will be right out. Waited 10 minutes and still no food. Called and called and called, finally someone picked up. Told him I was still waiting for my pick up, told me they were short handed. I do not care, my order is PAID for and should be processed before drive-thru; again told my order would be right out. At 10 more minutes (now 20 minutes since my first call), I contacted corporate customer service.

While making my complaint my food was brought out to my car (25 MINUTES FROM MY FIRST CALL) . I did a quick look and food looked right. Got home and took a closer look and my original recipe 3 piece white (2 breast and 1 wing) was 1 breast, 1 wing, and 1 thigh/wing connected (plus that was extra crispy not original).. i called customer service again yo add the messed up food order to my original complaint.
