The night manager at this store tonight 6/8/24 is unprofessional and has no concern or care for the customers. If you hate your job and customer service, find another one, unless you’re a criminal and it’s your only job of choice.
The other day we ordered $22 worth of food. In this order my partner ordered two Cantina Chicken tacos, both of which had an embarrassingly small portion of meat.
So the next day, my partner was door-dashing and was picking up an order for a customer, and brought up our experience the previous day with pictures, and the manager agreed the tacos were not prepared right and offered to give us a free one. Unfortunately, my partner was working, so he couldn’t take the free taco offer then, but it was available the next time he came and ordered food.
Well, tonight we got the same order with one additional nacho fry, and guess what? They prepared the tacos EXACTLY. The. Same. They also put NO any meat on my Crunchwrap supreme.
My partner brought it up to the manager who was working tonight and complained that this consistent bad service isn’t acceptable and the manager said “that’s the correct portion of meat. It looks normal”, even though the day shift manager said the complete opposite.
On top of this, I put exactly what we ordered into the app with all the additional sauces and such and the subtotal was WITH the additional large nacho fry, $25.45 before tax and $27.38 after tax, however when we ordered from the store it was $31.88. Where did the extra charge come from?
So basically, he admitted to scamming customers with outrageous pricing for food that looks nothing like the pictures or any other Taco Bell I’ve ordered from.
Managers, your customers having a good experience and returning to buy more food gets you a lot more money than saving a few portions of chicken.

I'm taking away stars here and will avoid the place for the near future. Food was not customized as requested, when I asked them to make it right the second time - there was clear attitude. Is it really too much to ask when somebody pays for extra sour cream to actually be able to see the sour cream on the food. Excuse that the portion size has shrank that much was belied by the fact that my other two tacos had the expected amount of sour cream when ordered the same way.
The service is no longer friendly here. Nobody mans the counter. They expect the patrons to use the machines and that means nobody is checking to see if anyone needs help with a messed up order. The person who ordered on the kiosk before me waited 5 minutes and several other people's orders passed by before he was able to get anyone to look at what happened. Their excuse was that it didn't show up in their system. It went in the kiosk just fine but didn't show up in the system. Yet it was there in the system when they looked it up. I watched him stand there near the counter for at least 3 minutes and be ignored.
So within the span of my visit, they messed up my order twice and delayed the order of the person in front of me as well.

Read moreI had my best experience ever with a fast food restaurant at this location. The workers really show out and work hard not to mention that they are extremely friendly and professional. I ordered door dash from Taco Bell at 11pm -12am on 05/26/24, unfortunately the dasher not only made me wait an hour and a half to get my food, they also bring the incorrect food. I called Taco Bell to to see if they still had my food at the location for me to pick it up. The lady on the phone was extremely nice and after she let me know my food was not at the location and she offered to remake my food even though I had already requested a refund through door dash. When I got there they were slam packed both in the drive thru and in the lobby. The gentleman in the location whom I really wished i remembered his name, but he seemed like the manager, he was extremely professional and made sure each individual in the location was taken care of. Even when an upset customer came in and started getting loud, the cashier and another worker handled it fantastically and completely defused the situation. My food was fresh and hot and I waited maybe 20-30 minutes for it, which in hindsight is completely fine being that they were slam packed busy.
