This location has up-and-down service, depending on who is working at the time. My latest (and final) experience was incredibly disappointing.
I ordered online, at 3 minutes past midnight. When I got there to pick up my order, the door was locked. Two employees were inside, comprehensively ignoring me. Eventually, one of them started waving hand gestures at me, which I could not understand. The other one started yelling at me, which I could not hear, of course. Closed door, mask, halfway across the store, and I also have some hearing loss. Nobody came to the door.
I finally tried the door again, and it opened, apparently having been remotely unlocked by one of the employees. Once inside, I asked how I was supposed to know what the hand signals were supposed to mean. The response: "Hey, I was motioning for you to open the door, it's not my fault if you didn't open it." She also added, "Thanks a lot for ordering at the last minute."
I should point out that my online payment went through just fine. There was no notification of "it's too late to order, we're closing," or needing to get to the store in a hurry for pickup. And my pizza wasn't even ready anyway, so I stood there and waited for the sarcastic youths to finish cooking it.
Nobody was sorry. Apparently it was all my fault for not being telepathic. I don't know how those two are allowed to work...
Read moreThis just happened to me. My husband wanted to do a pizza night at home I wasn’t really up for it but I wanted to make him happy so I agreed. We called to make our usual order which is Hawaiian add mushroom great thing there’s a special 3 topping large for $7.99. We ordered 2 large. We got a “pizza expert” by the name of JOLENE, she’s says it going to be extra because Hawaiian is a specialty pizza so it will be 12.99 for the pizza I told her I order this all the time and get this deal! I told her go ahead and just not say Hawaiian and for my toppings I would like pineapple, ham and mushroom, she says it’s still coming out the same price. I asked to speak to a manager his name is GEORGE. I tell him what happened and he is not apologizing for the inconvenience or anything he just says well I should of worded it with saying those as toppings , I said I did! So he repeats that again that I should of worded it with those 3 toppings I said omg I just told u I told her that. He just says ok and that’s it! My husband was mad and thought something was my fault so we are both now mad then I explained to him what happened and now he gets it and both of Us lost our appetite and are mad. Read moreBefore I decided to place an order I had read the reviews. I had to rate this time because some don't be doing their jobs right and think they can do whatever in the job because they can. They do have bad customer service in that location. It depends who they hired. Some do their jobs better than others. You know some just work for the money and don't care how they work for a company. Some don't take their jobs seriously. I didn't get a chance to place my order. I called a little after 8pm today 2/23. It sounded like some young w girl had answered, I gave her some info and it seemed like she tried to lie that they don't deliver this far which is less than 7 miles. She had this dumb giggle as some usually do. Then the phone got somehow "disconnected" when I didn't finish my order. I called back and some dude answered gave him the number then somehow the phone got "disconnected." I don't got time for that so I called another location. They just need to hire better employees not those who act immature. I already received my pizza from another location that had better service and if I decide to do a review which I should for that location it would be...
