Grouchy John's Coffee — Restaurant in Enterprise

Man oh man I have no idea whose Wheaties i peed in at this place but for 10 am on a Wednesday work can't be that bad can it? Look you are gonna pay a pretty penny for pretty decent breakfast sandwhich but it's got all the goods and usually is pretty packed. Keyword usually..... I like GJ because the people are friendly ask you questions to customize things and genuinely seem to like their jobs but they are not Dutch bro psycho way to much of the white sugar dust kinda happy that you just don't need in the AM.... I digress.... pulling up today not one dang question she seemed almost pissed I ordered one sandwhich and oatmeal not one question how I want it... weird.... but ok... go to the window.... ask for military discount I've gotten. Everything same order.. nope not today only on drinks door slams with my card.... no one asking my pup if he wants his pup cup as he is drooling out the window waiting to order his thing.... weird times three.... why is everyone so mad this morning? .... comes back practically throws my sandwhich at me eye rolls to the max as I ask for a pup cup slam door no response... then thrown a pup cup door slam.... hmmmm

But the worst was yet to come..... I get home take a bite of my sandwhich and it's bread but bread with avocado and veggies mixed together .... where's my egg? Ham? Open it up to find the disaster pictured... so something happened and to fix it someone mixed the avocado with some veggies and threw it on with a couple scraps of eggs and even the side with egg what is that a quarter of an egg?

20.86.... for this disaster and an oatmeal... I could have just gone to a restaurant but GJ doesn't fail... going to be a while till I come back from this one

Hope the employees get some rest and whatever is going on they figure it out positively and quit taking it out...

The Good Love love, love this coffee shop so much out of Eugene, Oregon and being that I am from Washington I love Oregon coffee. I have been coming to Grouchy John’s since they opened in LV. They make the best blended drinks I’ve ever had and they have the best variations of drink flavors! Some of my favorite blended drinks are: Purple Haze 💜 The Cinnamon Dolce & The Shirley Temple of Doom & The Jedi! All so good and I always look forward to coming back to Grouchy John’s to order more. They have amazing pastries available among other food items. The customer service is always out of this world amazing amazing! Every Barista makes it personal with you and I appreciate the genuine moments so much I’ve had with the baristas here. The coffee house inside is so comfortable and so spread out, there are Game boards ya can hang and play with friends, epic study or schoolwork environment. The restrooms are always clean! Theres awesome ART everywhere and Memorabilia and even A Liberary of Books! I will always be a Regular of Grouchy John’s! The Bad & The Ugly! The only thing I did not like or appreciate during my visit today was that there was a person smoking cigarettes right outside of the front door so I could not get out of my car and go inside through the front door and then when I proceeded to go into the driveway and roll my window down to order the cigarette smoke had creeped around the building, and I had to asked to order at the window and roll my window up. I suffered from severe chronic migraines and they are triggered by the smell of cigarettes. I don’t feel anyone should smoke cigarettes within 20 to 25 feet of a building. It is just so inconsiderate and rude to other people secondhand smoke...

This place is so hit or miss. I live in the apartments next door so naturally I come here a lot. In beginning I was super excited to live next to such an energetic, affordable, friendly coffee shop. But the more I came, the more unpleasant Its become. I have to constantly remind the staff to put "extra" flavoring (that i end up paying for) into their blended drinks otherwise they come out flavorless. Ive brought this up numerous times and I always get the same answer; "its because its a blended coffee, not over ice" okay and? That means I need to order an over iced coffee to taste it? One day I didnt even get coffee... inside my coffee.. as much as I love drinking caramel milk 🤢 id rather not pay $7 & a forced tip on top of that. Ive also started paying with cash because I've noticed I've been continuously tipping the same people who keep messing up my drinks. I shouldn't be forced into a tip on my card for service thst leaves me unhappy. The man with the beard (I'm sorry I don't know your name) is always so friendly and nice! He fixes my drinks up no problem, but it seems he's the only employee to care about his customers satisfaction, because the rest of the staff would rather give you attitude when confronted with a problem. When their drinks are made properly they're amazing! And super affordable considering other coffee shops in the surrounding area, but I do wish they would try a little harder than they currently are. I understand given the circumstances, people are not at their 100%, but if I'm coming through the drive thru with a smile on my face & a happy attitude, I 100% expect the...
