I am not posting to bash this company, owner, location or entire staff. I would not advise anyone visiting this place specifically within the last hour of them closing; not friendly, products not available, the outer rim of the bun of my burger was a frickin hockey puck, meat "wasn't old until it was sold" ($7 burger BTW) and ordered a chicken wrap without ranch sauce and there was more ranch on the wrap than there was cheese or lettuce, which I wanted in it... The chicken tender in it was half size. That cost $3. Picture of the wrap has been shared on Google.
8/9/24 App issue: Was offered 25% off on my push notification, but when I went into the app the best offer was 10% off. Why lie to your customers. There was no expiration on the push notification. If this happens again, I'm deleting the app. The rewards aren't worth anything at this point. Corporate is failing their local franchisees. I never visited any Hardee's before the app offers anyway, so it's no loss to me. I hope you guys choose to keep the brand alive. God bless the employees and franchisees,...
Read moreOf all the fast food breakfast places in Enterprise, Hardee's is my favorite. I love their Frisco Breakfast Sandwich w/ extra egg and extra ham. I switch that out with one of their platters with country ham. Good food and only rarely have they messed things up.
For a time, they switched all of their breakfast eggs to fried, even though all promotional materials for the platter and Frisco sandwich showed the scrambled/folded egg. They were making folks ask for the folded egg rather than it being the default, as it should have been. I like fried eggs, but in this case, I want what I'm used to having.
Thankfully, on my recent order from this Hardee's, they made the breakfast items as advertised, though admittedly they cost a bit more now (at least the Frisco Breakfast Sandwich does). Hopefully, this remains true. They could always add an option on DoorDash (or the like) to pick which type of egg one wants--default...
Read morePoor attitude of workers.. no courtesy or respect towards customers even when customer is an overly polite person.
Went in on a Sunday evening for a quick bite (I don’t usually eat here or fast food in general) when it was not busy at all yet no one wanted to take my order and asked each other who would tend to the register. And then while ordering the person taking my order had a terrible attitude when asking how I wanted my food as if I know the menu off the back of my hand. And to top it off did not give me a receipt
Seems like the people that work here hate their job! But then why work in fast food if you can’t have common courtesy?
I am disgusted and will never come to this place again.
For the money, take your business to a locally owned spot that actually makes great food and has awesome service and common courtesy; such as Touchdown...
