My family and I always ask for Pablo when we visit. He is very friendly and always has a joke or a story for us. His guacamole supreme amazing too. Usually we get the fajitas for two and split between my father and myself, but this most recent time I got the taco loco and it was excellent. The meat was savory but still juicy enough that it wasnt dry and there was plenty of it.

A word of caution for all my readers. Do not try the diablo burrito challenge unless you have prepared yourself well in advance. Pablo is a good friend and was able to get me a mix of two of the three sauces used in it. Longtime readers will know that I rate spice on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being "you could drink this" to 10 being "requires a medical waiver". I would rate those two sauces at at least an 8.3. It is comparable to the time I ate a Carolina reaper pepper. I scooped up a generous portion of the demonic concoction he brought me onto a chip and stuffed it into my soon-to-be-immolated mouth. For the first second or so it had a nice smokey flavor, and then bale fire was lit in my mouth and I could only hold on for the ride. I distinctly remember crying tears due to the heat. And Pablo just had to tell me that the third sauce was even spicier!

12 inches of thick burrito covered in that sauce and you only get 10 minutes to eat it(and you owe then $20 if you fail)? Maybe if I numbed my mouth first and drank lots of milk before hand to fortify my poor stomach. Haven't been here before and dont think I will be returning. Took my girlfreind and her mom out for lunch thinking it would be a good idea. Boy was I wrong. Before be seated we waited for 12 minutes before seeing an employee. Their was 3 tables seated at the time. Once seated the lady that brought us out chips and salsa rolled her eyes at us after saying thank you. Our waiter estella was acting like we were interrupting something she was doing and didnt appreciate her bad attitude. My girlfriend and I ordered he street tacos. Mine with only rice hers with rice and beans. We both got the same dish. When I told her I only asked for rice and that I wanted extra rice in place of the beans she rolled her eyes at me and took off. When she returned she handed me a cold plate of rice and didnt remove the empty plates from the table so I placed them on the table behind us as we did not have room on the table. On my second taco I found a 2 inch long Black hair in my taco. I did not ask for another because I was afraid they would spit in my food based off the way we had been treated so far. Was appauled by the way estella brought the check to me. She didnt hand me the check she held it and told me the total which was 54 dollars. Food was good and very tasty but the service was terrible and the staff seemed miserable. It appears there is no assignment of tables and the staff is all over the place. Thought we'd never get "to go" boxes and then after quiet a while 3 different staff showed up with boxes. Don't order a Margarita....looks and taste more like lime juice, the mix is sitting at room temp and when brought to the table the drink was still not cold and most of the ice had already melted.....terrible! I sat it to the side and didn't drink it.. Then it took 15 minutes and asking two different staff members to get an ice tea. When we went up front to pay our check me and two other people stood waiting for 10 minutes with nobody at the register, and about 4 waiting to be seated. Apparently, that person also has to leave the front register, go all the way back into the kitchen to pick up "to go" orders. Kinda wondered why the staff did not bring the orders to the front to a large table used to place the orders (waiting to be picked up) on. Overall good food but be prepared to wait and not...
