Normally I wouldn't give such a low scoring review but I am so pissed off and disappointed in this store and it's management. I won't be back and that's so disheartening cause I spend $60 to $100 with you guys every week. Tonight showed me I am not of value to your company and need to spend my hard earned money at Chik fil a or Zaxbys moving forward. To have such a low energy staff tonight of new young ladies was frustrating. To have no time management skills is disappointing. For my order to come in at 7:51pm and only the smoothie is ready at 8:01pm but not get my salad until 8:23pm was infuriating. I can understand being busy but if my simple salad came in before in store customers, make the salad first and move on. If you mess the order up after serving everyone else who ordered after me, make my order the main priority. To stop 5 times to assist customers who are already eating while 2 other employees are doing nothing but closing their stations (and should be helping the customer while you catch up) is extremely disrespectful. I'm fine with waiting a max of 10 mins over the promised 10 mins the app gives but once my order is over 20 mins late and the orders don't match the reason I'm livid. I tried to cancel the order once it got to 23 mins cause I was now late taking care of my own customers. I don't want anything free nor do I want this young lady fussed at. Management needs to do better. These young adults need to be trained to help each other and how to prioritize orders and customers during stressful situations. I blame those who left these young ladies alone because this is now becoming an every week or every couple of days issue. Tonight was my final straw and my money will no longer be spent with your store. I know one customer leaving means nothing but your store needs to do better on putting the right ppl in the right positions. Thank you for the times your employees were so amazing and wonderful. Was a regular and saw the management change through my trips, new management is below par compared to it’s predecessor. Staff is completely different compared to a few months ago, I believe all the previous employees quit due to the management change and you can tell. I don’t feel nearly as welcome as I used and many employees don’t seem to know what they’re doing all the time. I’ve worked in food and certainly understand being new and training however the new environment does not feel professional compared to my experience with the previous staff. I have experienced some mess ups with my food before and the employee who was serving me seemed pretty confused about what they were doing🤷. Smoothies are still good but the service does change the experience quite a bit for me. I’m still giving the new staff a chance because I’ve had alright experiences with them but I definitely miss the previous staff. Read moreMeh, it was alright. Staff wasn't very friendly, even giving one of my smoothies away, to another customer waiting. (they were not busy at the time of pick-up photo for proof). 😒 I was there for pick-up 3 minutes before it was "supposed" to be ready. I also guess it was too hard for the server or the manager to read off my order, or to let me know it was ready & waiting in the pick-up area. The server also had fun completely ignoring me when I approached the register, & had fun being loud & rude, while I was just waiting. It's possible, she just had a bad day, I still tipped 5$ even though serviced was pretty atrocious.
