Kabob Grill — Restaurant in Nevada

I was so proud to bring my friend somewhere I thought she would love and enjoy however this was not the case I’m so embarrassed of our experience if I could rate the service lower than a one I would I would rate the service a negative 10 I have never felt so degraded and humiliated by a server before and I was I. The industry for several years this person stormed out of the restaurant did t give us our bill never said a word to us and left us sitting there for over 15minutes before we did t know what else to do as no one I. The establishment came out to help us so we went to leave then suddenly we got attention from the staff should have never gotten this far but whatever my bad maybe I should have tracked down some e but considering we was the o my party in the restaurant maybe someone would have said something to us but whatever so in the past you knew the quality of food was top the steak was thick and moist melted I. Your mouth the chicken flavored well and let me tell you the feta French fries to die for garlic sauce and feta melted on them just hot enough to know her Great food well I guess the past is just that I ordered the steak and chicken combo with feta fries and a side kabob of chicken for my service animal I got the most driest flat steak with no flavor dried out chicken my dog wouldn’t even eat and cold French fries with feta crumbled on top no garlic no parsley no nothing just a lump of cold fries and cold feta that didn’t even stick to the fries wow wow wow sad sad sad I should have went to the Greek restaurant down the street always good always fresh and always a smile on the servers face I apologize to my friend for taking her here and promised to never suggest another restaurant that’s I thought was amazing and let me tell you before I raved about this place but now I’m embarrassed I do t usually do reviews but I took my time out to do this review because I know the nice lady who owns this place would be so humiliated I know she worked so hard to get where she was once and a a business owner myself I would want to be called out on my staffs flaws and would ask someone to offer me the chance to redeem my business so to you the owner please make changes so we the consumer can enjoy your product once...

So after work, I spent about 30 minutes looking up and calling various Kabob restaurants to find one that served a grilled tomato and jalapeño with the plate. I called this restaurant and asked them if they did, and they told me "yes, the large plate comes with a grilled tomato and jalapeño." I thanked them and then drove from Henderson to their restaurant. I ordered the large chicken kabob plate and to my disappointment, they served my plate with a slice of grilled tomato. I asked the server about it and mentioned that I had called earlier to ask about the grilled tomato and she had told me on the phone that it came with a grilled tomato. Upon questioning her after my meal was served with a sliver of tomato she said "it comes with a 1/2 tomato and it's always been that way." I then pointed out that what they served me is actually only a 1/4 of a tomato and asked if I could at least get another 1/4 slice make it a total of a 1/2 tomato. She said "no, this is the way its always been." ... so what is it? A whole when I called on the phone. A half when I questioned it in the store.. but reality is its a 1/4 of a tomato. So the information provided over the phone, in the restaurant, on the menu and the pictures online are all MISLEADING. Had they simply offered me the additional 1/4 of tomato I would be a happy and returning customer. But this is my first time here and I just can't believe that they couldn't provide me a tomato or even a half of a tomato lol. The dishonest information, and the way their story kept changing is just not cool. I know its "only a tomato" it's "no big deal".. but the dishonesty is disappointing. Especially cuz I called before I drove across town. Super, super disappointed.

Today, we were craving some tasty Middle Eastern food, so we called Yasmin at Kabob Grill and placed our order!

I got the Shawarma Steak Burrito (with fries inside 😋), Mum had the Shawarma Chicken Burrito (with rice), and my sister went for the cheeseburger with fries.

When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the food was hot, fresh, and ready — as always! Just 5 minutes away, and their dining area is consistently clean and welcoming.

Thank you, Yasmin, for always adding exciting new items to the menu. We truly appreciate that everything is 100% halal — and seriously scrumptious, delicious, and mouthwatering.

Kabob Grill's chicken, gyro, and steak tacos were absolutely scrumptious! Halal options are always a plus for us.
