Iâve been really respectful and cordial every time I come in while Iâm being looked at and spoken rudely. for some reason these workers think theyâre entitled to disrespecting people, since itâs clearly allowed is, Absolute insanity..also, if a driver picks up the order ,driver is already confirmation FROM YOUR END.you guys have the picture and info right in front of you (more confirmation) . How embarrassing . The fact that you treat people with disrespect because you donât understand that if you give it to driver and they cancel, that is who you 86 from your business THAT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY , you canât treat every person like a criminal that is not how business is ran.that is not what an owner shld allow in his business. rudeness is not ok !! You want drivers confirm the order when you havenât even turned and gave the order to us(rude) first of all youâre not our boss second we have up to 10 minutes(legally) to get the order you cannot compare every person to another, the fact that you think youâre stopping theft by doing that is lack of knowledge(which Iâm giving you) .the workers should be fired because youâre the one giving food to the thieves and blaming others .understand that when you give food to driver and they cancel , they took it NO CONFIRMATION CANT STOP THIEVES . I donât know what you donât comprehend about that!! your business has a way to stop those thieves from coming to your restaurant and you donât, youâre too worried about confirmations . lack of knowledge and common sense .you are just a worker at a restaurant youâre making money just like everyone else I have a business to run. I donât have time for these.â Iâm better than youâ attitude crap. learn to do your job before you tell someone else to do theirs. The confirmation should be you giving the food to the driver confirmation should be making sure the orders correct because most restaurants mess up that is your job. My job is to start driving when I am in my car that is my job and if youâre in the customer service business learn how to be nice to customers that walk into your restaurant and if youâre employees donât know how to provide customer service. You need to hire some other people or else train them to do better. itâs so unpleasant to walk into a restaurant not even be greeted and the employees give you attitude and their masks it is so unfair to be treated with unkindness with disrespect when that is all you give every single time because you are professional, but you never get it back in return. I had to hold back so many times on writing reviews and I am so so tired of your employees being absolutely rude, it hurts the business. I hope the owner understands this and Iâm not the only one who says that customer service is everything and almost all restaurants lack because they feel entitled thatâs not good business please do better by using common sense. I also thought about coming back because I absolutely love one of your rolls, but to have anxiety coming to a restaurant because the workers give you attitude is a horrible feeling.. your workers ARE RUDE!! Owner of a business worries should he customer service and food quality. Having rude workers who still wear masks which is creepy and inviting . Rudeness HAS MORE EXCUSE ! I hope someone opens a sushi food truck with customer service because itâs hard to find nowadays and the excuses is even more disrespectful to the people! If you continue this way businesses wonât last.
And to answer back to you, your answer made absolute zero sense. your job is to make sure the order is complete because most workers MISS certain ITEMS in the orders and thatâs not my job. That is YOUR job. My job is to drive and deliver . Your job is to make sure you put the correct food unless you want to drive for the drivers that is the only way you can tell any other person what to do, your workers workers just like any other worker no oneâs above or below you need to learn how to teach your workers to be respectful and do their job not tell other people how...
Read moreWanted to have a nice quiet dinner with my husband, so we looked for a restaurant not within the busy chinatown, this place was near our place and had good reviews, it looked good when we first walked in, was glad it was not crowded, and no loud music. The menu was not that impressive for the price, but we wanted to give it a shot. Everything kinda went downhill from there, it took so long for our orders to be served, when there were literally less than 10 people in that restaurant at that time, with two people making the sushi. I've been to a more crowded place and we get out order within an acceptable wait time. Then the waitress would have to be reminded of our order a few times. Then we had an order we never got, she said, "it is not available!", then how come she never told us that when we ordered, she even clicked it on her tablet, we just kept waiting. Then we had another order we also did not get, she said, they must have been busy so they forgot it!, what kind of answer was that. She asked if we still want it, at this point I was just ready to leave, and I told her nevermind, we will just get dessert. We ordered mochi and ice cream, i thought you couldn't possibly go wrong with an ice cream and mochi. Well, she gave me the wrong kind of mochi flavor, I don't really care if she got the flavor wrong, but then she handed me an ice cream that was not freshly scooped, it looked like it was frozen after being partially melted and messed with already, the ice cream was stuck to the bowl, and the spoon was even stuck to the ice cream. It must have been put back in the freezer with the spoon. I can tell because my husband's ice cream was nicely rounded shaped like a newly scooped ice cream, not stuck to the bowl. I am sorry but definitely not a place I would go back to. The sashimi were not that fresh tasting, and sushi rolls with too much rice. I did not keep tab, but I know we ordered other rolls which we never got. But I was not going to argue, we just...
Read moreThe food is great, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. Weâve gone here a good handful of times now since December and every single time, they forget something weâve ordered so we always end up reordering it, even though weâve marked it down on the order paper they hand out. One waitress specifically tends to just slam the items down on the table and will mumble what the rolls are and walks away. Water is hardly ever refilled. Today, towards the end of us dining there, I was ordering another roll as well as the one my daughter had asked for at our first round and never received. The waitress walked away before my husband could also order what he wanted. When she was done going into the kitchen and serving other people, my husband waved her down and with attitude she said âtheyâre working on your food right now, just a minuteâ and my husband said âoh I just wanted to get something elseâ and her reply was âyou want to order more???â Uh⌠yeah. Weâre doing all you can eat and sharing everything between four people. Not really sure what her issue was and what warranted such unwelcoming attitude for us. Sheâs unfortunately ruined the dining experience there for us and we donât plan on...
