Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Enterprise

I actually really enjoy Papa John's Pizza. This location makes good pizza. Both at the location and for delivery we found ourselves waiting and excessively long time.

Pick-up: After receiving a text that my pizza was ready for pickup, I left my house which was over 10 minutes away, got to the location and had to wait another 12 minutes before being acknowledged buy a person. It took about three minutes for them to individually check every box to ensure that all four pizzas and the bread rolls were okay and to pay with cash for the exact amount not leading change back. From parking to getting back into my car took 16 minutes.

For a delivery order we were told it would take 15 to 20 minutes after we place the order. It was about 65 minutes before the pizza arrived. The pizza was still warm but did not seem to be fresh.

I removed one star for the difficult on pickup orders and I removed one star for the difficulty and extremely late delivery order. I will likely get pizza from them again however I will not depend on them when Pizza is a last-minute decision.

Additional notes: This location seems to be excessively busy with more orders than they can handle. It does not seem like the people are lazy and they are not rude. If anyone from Papa John's corporate reads this review I would strongly recommend opening another location to offload this location. Ask any of the people that work at the store and I'm fairly sure they will agree. While waiting for my pickup I heard two of the employees getting frustrated as they were racing to try to meet orders. I do think that the quality of the pizza and the quality of the customer service both entitle this place to a 5-star review once they find a way to meet realistic time expectations and their own...

I have ordered Papa John's for over 10 years and its my kids favorite pizza. This location is awful. I recently moved to the neighborhood 6 months ago and have had delivery and carryout a handful of times. Today the delivery driver called and said there was road construction with no access to my neighborhood. I explained thats impossible and he must be turned around because people have been driving in and out if my neighborhood. He said he would figure it out and call me if he had any problems. 25 minutes later, I called the store wondering where he was. He then texts me with a picture and says he can't deliver. 30 minutes later. I ask for the pizzas to be remade at this point and go to pick them up. After getting there with no construction issues, they tried giving me the original cold pizzas. No apologies, no offer to remake. I asked for a refund and left. Time to find a new pizza place. Goodbye...

My order was not ready when I got there to pick it up because the manager or whoever took the order on the phone thought my husband, who called in the order and had throat cancer and one vocal cord removed, was a prank caller or kids playing. He apologized and said he'd fill the order again for free. That was great but while I waited I saw all the workers spreading ingredients and tossing pizza crusts WITH BARE HANDS!! Not a glove in sight!! When I asked about it to one of the delivery girls who brought me my rushed, partially burned order, (I wish I had taken a picture of the papadias we got) she said it was because the food was raw or not cooked or something. Anyway it didn't make any since to be using their bare hands on any kind of food especially during a pandemic!! Horrible...
