Food is good but customer service very bad and down right rude over the years. Have bought the 50 piece lumpia many times over the years for work gatherings. One time the lady referred to me as baboy, which is very presumptuous. Other workers have made snide comments. Is that how you treat paying customers? Went in today. The horrible workers weren't there. Maybe they moved on or were fired. If that's the case I might frequent there more. KAINAN on LV Blvd is so much better and friendlier!!! It's a hit or miss at this place. Sometimes, the food is absolutely on point, other times, it's too dry, too salty, or doesn't taste right. Also, I agree with some of the reviews regarding the customer service. The workers are too busy talking to each other and will ask you what you'd like to get and continue talking to whomever they're talking to. Though I admit, sometimes when I come for breakfast (and it depends on who serves you) they give a lot of food..but, the food is a hit or miss. Zero stars. I love Filipino food and it's a shame because I just moved close by but I will not be returning. I spent $63 on their hot food. Found a bug in my sinigang soup. When I brought it back for a refund the lady Beth said I can't get a refund , told me when she served me the soup the bug wasnt in there but I can choose another dish. Why would I choose another dish if I found a bug in my food. I didn't even ask for a full refund. Just for the $18 I spent on the soup I didn't eat. Customer service is terrible.
