L&L Hawaiian Barbecue — Restaurant in Nevada

I had the pleasure of living on Oahu for 6 years where I became fond of Hawaiian food. I have yet to have something off the menu that I didn't like. Going Hawaiian makes going to the wal mart that's right there tolerable. I love their manapuas. The seafood combo is very tasty and a go to. And I can't say enough about the Mac salad. I always order a large. Probably one of my favorite items on the menu. The garlic shrimp takes me back to the food trucks on north shore you can't go wrong with this. A true Hawaiian favorite is the Loco moco. If you haven't tried this give it a try it's a great experience. Musubi is my hubs favorite. Unfortunately I have never enjoyed spam so I shy away from this one. The flavors in Hawaii are different than here on the mainland. So if you haven't had Hawaiian give them a try. It will give you more choices when looking for something...

Was there just a few mins ago. Astris/Aster was just the most rudest and meanest person I have ever encountered in any L&L franchise. Did I lose my appetite? I did. Let me give a small example of how mean she was today. I asked for a sauce and she rudely told me “get it yourself”

I hope that the owner reads this because it’s not good for your business. I don’t mean to flex here, but I spent over $100 today there…. And… you guys just lost my business…. But, I think the owner needs to know this too, I have a big family.. and…. They need to know how much they’ll be losing (or not getting from me) in the future…. I will be driving extra miles next time I want L&L. Such a shame

EDIT: oh and to make things worse. One of my sisters told me that she had a long hair in her food. Just a bad experience overall now…...

Im giving them 2 stars because i did get food. I placed a phone order for pick up, orginally i wanted the fried mahi mahi which is one of L and L's staples and kimchee. They had neither. I then opted for there substandard replacement of the fried swai and half chicken katsu. My coworker order the garlic shrimp. We drove 15 minutes to pick up and headed back to work only to find they gave me breaded shrimp with over cooked unflavorful katsu. My coworkers dish was some steamed veggies with 6 said small shrimp that seamed to been steamed in with the veggies and garlic thrown on top. This has been the worst $20.00 spent here by far. We will continue to eat at l&l just not at this location. Very...
