I got something from the menu I had never eaten from Wienerschnitzel. A pastrami sandwich. It was not good. I went thru the drive-thru, then got a parking spot to munch down a much needed lunch.
The first thing I noticed is that it didn't look anything like the photo but what food ever does so I took a bite and said ummmmm in a questioning tone not yummmm in a 'this is delish' tone so I took it back in the store and asked for a refund.
The manager was livid. He began to tell me that if everyone brought there food back, that wouldn't be good for them. I told him that I wasn't going to pay for something that was nasty and that I didn't care about what other people did. He gave me a hard time a few times and finally gave me back my little $4.31. Seriously!
Maybe he should have asked if they could make me something else but he chose to take it personal.
Oh well. I won't ever be back to this one or any Wienerschnitzel's. I don't spend my money at places that have a problem with refunds. I will be 100% satisfied with ALL purchases, or it's going back....

The guy behind the counter was so rude that I thought 😤 how are you working not just here but for anyone. When I asked for the cooks to see what they gave me, he said no, they don't speak English, "at this very American hot dog restaurant." 🌭 I said fine I speak Spanish, I live in Spain during the summers. " So I asked for a manager, and he said no, I asked for a GM name or regional manager or a supervisor name or number...he said no! Ok listen, I'm a customer and a Bronze Star Veteran war hero of the United States Army, 🇺🇸 and you telling me that talking to me rudely is something the GM or headquarters wouldn't want to know. The service that you and Veronica have given me is not ok. I will make a complaint. He then takes off his gloves and washes his hands, and goes in the kitchen to remake the hot dog order. Read moreIt has been a long time since I've encountered this level of incompetence from a fast food joints. I accept that places like this are having an issue finding people willing to work for basic wages, so no complaint there. The issue I do have is, because there aren't enough people working, some employees feel it's acceptable to be rude and rush customers along when they only have one menu outside on the drive-thru. When I wanted a lemonade mixed with water to lighten the tart and sweets he couldn't figure out what I was asking. Every time I ask for something he jumped quickly into "what else"... If your management and your reading this you need to retrain your staff on being a little more patient since it is your restaurants problem finding employees to the point that's you have people willing to be rude in your drive-thru.
