I am so disappointed with my visit. Food was fine✓ it's Taco Bell right! but I didn't get what I ordered! Service was sub-par from front to back of house! And when I asked them to please put sour cream on my prepaid burrito that I ordered with not only sour cream but EXTRA SOUR CREAM!! ,$$ - I got this response," it blends with the cheese ," !! THATS IT! NO OFFER TO ADD IT OR ASK WHO MADE IT & check!! I CAN SAY BEYOND NO DOUBT -IT WASN'T ON THERE! I told them I don't see it and can't taste it ( I had already taken 2 bites).. So I OPENED THE BURRITO PUT MY FINGER SLIGHTLY IN IT moved the cheese a bit & SAID ,Just squirt some on it . here ya go . Nothing!! 🙊🙉🙈 & BTW orJS ... for good measure,- ✓ when they handled me the my order in house I took it & sat down, unwrapped it, took 2 bites, then took it to the counter!! No time or opportunity, GOD FORBID! to squish it and blend it all up!!!!! Receiving this blank stare & LIMITED verbal response, which was quite unnerving & astonishing , the cashier nervously glancing back and forth between myself and the " back of house man" .. who didn't utter any other words!! So I, - not wanting to cause a scene & I hate confrontations! - scooped up my burrito and left! PS.. I'm 98% certain they did not suffer from any disabilities nor did they look high! Read moreTerrible customer service, I just ordered thru drive thru, got home and smelt the hard shell tacos. I ordered 3 tacos and other items. When I open them the taco shell smells expired by expired I mean it was stale and the smell of taco shell smelt like the plastic bag of it. I decided to come back to adddress the issue because I truly wanted to have my order made right. Once we get to the window, the manger or person in charge, asks me what’s wrong with the food with an attitude slapping his hand on the counter. I go to explain and provide the food that was given but he was very rude and unprofessional. I provided the proof of the tacos for him to smell and straight denied the fact that they do not sell expired food. He offered me to remake the food but I told him that he could remake them and I was going to smell and analyze it again because I was not going to eat something that smelt the same. He declined my offer and said he would not be willing to do that so then I said I wanted my refund back because I provided proof and asked correctly to have it fixed and he came directly with an attitude slapping the counter which wasn’t necessary. Read moreUnfortunately, this could have been easily avoided bad review. But, from what I assume is the manager, I first was standing at the counter just to pay after order. The older lady looked at me several times and looked annoyed. When one of the younger employees asked if I was picking up an order I just said no I'm trying to pay, the older lady yelled from the back "Oh I'm sorry about that." Then I got the food, I got all the food but when I didn't see my cup before I could ask for it, the kid was already in the kitchen. I then proceeded to stand there while the old lady and young kid just kept looking over at me not saying a word just rolling their eyes. After 5 mins of waiting I grabbed a chair, and proceeded to wait another 10 mins. Finally, they gave someone else their order and I just said, "Hey all I want is my drink," takes him 2 seconds to grab that and walk away. See, you could avoided a bad review while being an adult and asking what was wrong instead of being the old lady and acting like her job is hard. This manager needs to be replaced and I feel bad for the 2 kids that have to have this disorganized person...
