Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Nevada

Horrible experience here. We are from out of state and we don't have a lot Dutch bros so when we come to a state that does we make sure to get a coffee. We don't know the menu and so we opened the app but again, we don't understand the DB culture or set up. It only shows cold coffees so my husband asks the girl what specialty coffees they have for the season. Then we order a hot chocolate for my parents who were with us. Then we finally ask about the hot coffees. She takes an annoyed breath and then says "I'm going to have you just look at the menu." I was sitting in the back with my kids so I asked my husband to roll the window down. I told her that it doesn't say on the menu. She looks at me and says "yes it does." Then goes back to talking to my husband. I unbuckle and peak through and say "excuse me please don't be rude!" All the while she continues to speak to my husband and not even acknowledge me or look at me when I speak to her. She then proceeds to tell us she is going to take someone else's order and walks away! I could not believe how rude she was. We just left the drive thru in complete aw of her lack of customer service and honestly how impatient she was!! I've never experienced service like this at...

This was my first time ever at Dutch Bros... ordered through an employee that stands outside and takes your order(not sure if this is customary for this coffee company or if they had speakers that didn't work...I never actually asked nor checked....waited in line for 12 mins(6 of those I realized at the end, was unnecessary) ... the person ahead of me, was someone that the employees obviously knew and a few came out and talked with him and joked around with him... as he got to the window, now more employees came to the window, handshaking and high fiving him...I noticed from the cars that had been ahead of both of us, the orders had taken 1 or so mins to come out, so, this is what I was expecting... nope, for six minutes, the employees talked and laughed and made plans to meet up and then, to my surprise, they handed him an ice water and he said goodbye... as I got to the window, they hand me my drink immediately.... I said nothing as I was stunned....I had imagined that he must have had a huge order for him to wait this long.... WRONG. Just entitled teenage kids talking to their friends..... was the coffee good?? Yes, but, not 12 mins waiting good.... not sure if...

Really nervous and now don't even want to come here after my last visit the guy that is Chinese or whatever he is...pretty sure he has it out for me he is the tall Chinese guy usually comes off friendly but you can definitely catch on to some of the employees fakeness if you come here quite often you'll know. Anyways I get my go to drink and he obviously put down pumpkin or someone did it I know for a fact he talks crap about me like I said I don't know exactly why or what it is if the employees here hold grudges because we don't tip them or what but I'm sure not going to tip for a 1-2 minute if even that interaction and my drink ain't even right. As someone said in the reviews the overweight bleached blonde at the window usually there mid afternoon is horrible she be acting like she is a manager or better than you but she is the one working in a coffee box after all. Overall this location use to give California surfer vibes where everybody seemed super chill and happy but i don't know what happened most of the times they are...
