After years of trying to go to this place, I’ve had to just stop and drive a couple of miles down the road if my kids want McD’s. Guys, I NEVER write reviews, but I’m doing this in hopes the owners of this franchise see this (and the many other negative reviews) and make changes. Yes, this place is busy. I’m ok with that part. Every single time I go, I order 2 happy meals and a Big Mac meal (and maybe 2 cheeseburgers if I’m eating). I’m asked to “pull forward” into the mobile spots EVERY TIME to wait for my food. I then sit there and watch behind me as 10+ other cars get their food and pull away. When I finally get my food, the order is wrong/cold/missing items. I then have to wait for someone to walk back inside, get the order fixed and bring it back. WHAT IS THIS PRACTICE!? So, last time I was there, I refused to pull forward to a spot when I was asked. I was nice about it and explained I didn’t have time to wait for 15 mins. The boy working the window was nice, but then another girl came over and started freaking out, saying I was ruining their drive through times and messing everything up. I asked why the people who ordered after me should get their food first and her reply was that “their orders are smaller”. I waited 4 mins and my food magically appeared. Of course it was wrong so I had to wait longer for missing items. Meanwhile, the car 3 in front of me was asked to pull forward and they were STILL waiting for their food when I was leaving.
I’m sorry, but obviously something is very wrong here. If they can’t figure out how to make food efficiently, that’s not my problem. I came here for quick service, not to wait. You go to literally ANY other fast food/drive through (I could name them ALL), not one does this.
So now I know, it’s about their time/numbers and how fast their getting people through the drive through. My question is this: are they counting the 15 extra mins for every car you make go and wait for their food!? You trying to go through a loop hole for your stats, should not be your customers problem. If I had been met with more understanding when I explained to the girl why I wasn’t pulling forward, I probably wouldn’t have written this. She actually shoo’d me away with her hand. I truly hope the owners of this franchise will read this and know what terrible customer service their employees have while representing their...
Read moreWent to this location and went through the drive thru. They have 2 order lanes here and we were in the 2nd lane waiting our turn. For the time we waited in lane 2 they assisted 3 cars in lane 1 instead of alternating lanes. This was about a 10 min wait. So I decided to go inside and speak to the manager. When I asked the girl behind the counter if I could speak to a manager she told me to wait and assisted the customers in front of her (who also had a problem with their order AFTER they ordered). Once she was done I asked again to speak to the manager. She said she was (by this time my husband was able to back out of the drive thru and came inside as well). My husband was upset that we had to wait for a manager. So when she stated she was he said, "OMG, really?". Myra (the manager) apparently took that as an insult for her age and not that he was upset about the wait (she never stated to me that she was the manager). When I asked her about the drive thru lines and that only line 1 was being serviced and if line 2 was closed ( I was going to suggest 1) putting up a sign so customers would know and not get stuck in the drive thru and 2) not look stupid for sitting in a closed line.) Mayra stated that she had and employee running each line and commented that they were working on the situation. My husband said to her that it sounded like she didn't care. This is when Myra stated she didn't appreciate that we thought that she was too young to be a manager and that we were being rude. Were we upset? Yes! Where we rude? No. When I told her that I was going to contact corporate, she just said go ahead. So, now I know why she didn't care. It's not a corporate store. Well, either way, it's not like we go to McDonald's on a regular basis anyway. So Myra, you have lost me as a customer and I will NEVER go to your location or any other McDonald's as well. There are far too many and better other fast food places whose quality has not gone down. From now on I will take my business elsewhere and I would suggest others do the same. All of this just because I wanted an...
Read moreSecond time here and got more graduates from the school of head injuries... The first guy couldn't take an order to save his life, repeated the entire thing several times, still couldn't get it, had to have the head honcho come and cancel the entire thing, BUT, didn't cancel it, and added my corrections to it LoL resulting in an order of nearly $60, so I cancel the whole thing, park my street craft, and limp inside... Must have caught them on show n tell day, because the girl behind the counter couldn't potato either... Does this seem complicated to you?: Three sausage mcgriddles meals with med orange juice, a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles with extra sausage and cheese, hot cakes with sausage, and a mc cafe mocha with whole milk... See? Not hard, but for whatever reason, these rockstars couldn't pull it off without throwing the white flag... FINALLY they got it in, I got my food, and headed to my shaggin wagon... Upon arrival to my speed mobile, I felt this nagging urge to glance at my food list... What do you know!! "Francis" forgot to enter in the mcgriddles with extras, which just so happened to be MY meal... Forget it, I turned on the rad racer and headed back to my abode, knowing I'd now be pressed to fire up my food cooker and break out the pans and utensils I was trying to avoid using by making my journey to the Big Mac Lounge... Devastated, heart broken, hungry, I feed my family and sit in repose, lamenting the mcgriddles that never was, and sip my mc cafe mocha, which turned out to be nonfat...
All things considered, they need to step it up... It's reasonable to expect a proper level of customer service from any establishment, regardless of the...
