Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Enterprise

I ordered online from this store on Blue Diamond Road. I used to order all the time but have officially decided never to do it again. I got my pizza with no sauce. I ordered with no cheese, not no sauce. I called the store and spoke to the manager Josh and told him what was going on and that it was made wrong. He stated that he couldn't do anything for me unless he charged me for a new pizza. I couldn't believe it. I told him I hadn't touched the pizza and they could have the whole thing back untouched if they want to toss it, but it was made wrong. He kept repeating to me like a robot there was nothing he could do for me. I called corporate and let them know how this went and how I was willing to give back the whole pizza they made wrong and how Josh didn't want to help resolve anything. I won't be ordering anymore from here inless It's a different store and I will be following up with the regional manager come Monday because this is so wrong. You dont treat loyal customers like this. I hope he reads this because I was told by corporate that satisfaction is guaranteed so he lied to me when he said he could do nothing to fix this. Last week I placed an order online, my order was taking a little longer than expected, when I checked to see where my delivery was, it said it was on it's way... 30 mins later I checked again and it said it was delivered... but I haven't gotten it... so I checked outside. low and behold my pizza was there... Sitting on the ground, and cold as ice.. so I called the restaurant and made a complaint. The manager asked if I wanted he to send a replacement order out. I said no, he offered a credit and I said yes.... So that was that... now I'm trying to use my credit. So I go to place an order online and there's no record of a credit no problem. So I call and the operator at the call center says he can't help with a credit and he transferred me to the store... now I'm on hold and no one is answering... I call and call and call and call... waiting and getting really angry because I'm talking about being on hold for 30 mins at a time... poor poor...

They don't even deserve a star for their most horrible management skills ever. The manager couldn't even remake my pizza even if I clearly had it in the notes what I wanted. She said unfortunately you would have to ring it up as that. Well stupid manager if they had an option on the app then I would have done so! I even explained that on the app there is NO option for that and that is why I wrote in the notes!!!!! She said unfortunately we can't do anything. She just stood there going back and forth with me rather than making it right so I got a refund. Mind you She was the manager on shift the night before Thanksgiving when I ordered 4 marinara sauces and called multiple times about the error but for two hours they didn't answer their phones.
