At this point I think everyone needs to call out rude workers because itās becoming a horrible habit for businesses.the lady working with the mustache in a pink shirt few days ago, the fact that you think itās ok to disrespect people and expect them to be respectful back especially after they spoke to them with respect. You also DO NOT grab someone elseās food aggressively AND NOT LET GO how would you like it if I accused you of cooking rat meat? Would you like that? How would you feel? What if I said take me to the kitchen and let me see what youāre making šµāš«. !! . You do your job. you are no oneās boss outside of your restaurant, and you have absolutely no right to accuse someone of stealing a delivery order ..I can sue you for false defamation . Everything is caught on camera .. you have to learn how to be cordial to your customers and provide customer service as THAT IS YOUR JOB TITLE. If you donāt want to be around people go get a different job and stop ruining it for kind people . you do not degrade people every time people come in .you guys never have a smile on your faces⦠I just want to say if you guys want happier customer service thereās also a Hawaiian barbecue place across the street and China A Go Go ..MUCH nicer customer service. Iām so sick and tired of businesses not providing SIMPLE COMMON SENSE OF customer service and being rude to the customers. Itās enough .
TO YOUR RESPONSE YOU DO NOT BECOME AGGRESSIVE WhenTHE ORDER was CONFIRMED.I did show her and started to explain that you guys need to pay attention to the drivers . Itās very simple to understand. You give food to driver and IF other drivers come FOR THE SAME ORDER the driver you gave food to stole it. She heard nothing I saidšµāš«. she still didnāt want to give me the food and said confirm when again I already did thatās why I explained to her how deliveries work to try and help but she became extremely rude when I was nothing but kind and respectful ... We have UP to 10 minutes LEGALLY (my limit is 1 min)to accept other orders so other customers get their food in the same area. . You do understand that people do break laws and thereās not much you can do? Do you know some drivers eat the food? And employees donāt make the correct order? Bad people are everywhere .. The way you treat customers is extremely unprofessional,rude and disrespectful not just me . you think youāre stopping theft of food because YOU SAID PRESS CONFIRM AND GIVE ATTITUDE ?Your rudeness is what triggers these people . š« We CAN still cancel the order when we confirm it you know that right?! . Thereās places who make you scan the receipt you think that stops theft? Staff who took my order were very nice, and even though I originally went in just for the restroom for my 3 year old (and theres a sign that clearly says "restrooms for customers only), the staff never questioned me and pointed me in the right direction. The menu has quite a few options dependent upon tastes which ranges from Chinese to Hawaiian, and American with burgers. After ordering it took about 10 minutes for my food to be ready.
