Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Enterprise

UPDATE OCT 30TH 2021 I ordered 2 large pizzas and Cinnabon mini rolls on the android app for delivery from this location and charged $40. Minutes later I was called from that location and told there were no drivers for delivery service so we decided I would pick up and the gentleman told me 15-20min wait. I get to the store 25 min later. When I arrive I see my name on the screen and says order is ready. I ask for my order and they said it would take 20 min. without explanation nor answers to getting the delivery fee refunded. I was ignored by the man at the counter and when I asked if I could speak to the manager he spoke loudly towards me which was very uncomfortable due to him not even wearing a face mask. I also observed how he kept going from fixing pizzas to touching the register without safety covid practices. While I was there trying to get information about my order 3 other customers arrived and had the same issue as I. If I could leave a zero I would. Worst delivery service. Pizza cold and 2 hours late. Called the store 20 times and no answer. Driver rang doorbell threw pizza down and drove off VERY QUICKLY. This place is ridiculous and awful...

My order delivery estimate was 8pm. At 8:40 and no pizza I called the store and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I called multiple times and no one would answer. At 9 and still no pizza and no answer and no status update I drove to the store as I had a group of people hungry and waiting for dinner. On my way I texted the number to see if I would get a response that way and they responded that my order was out for delivery. I then got to the store and went in to check anyway where I had to wait more to even be acknowledged by staff. After yelling into the back I finally got the attention of a worker. My order was still at the store and not out for delivery like I was told. Overall horrible customer service. And this is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location. I understand that restaurants and stores are understaffed but the lack of communication and misinformation is ridiculous. The whole time my order was placed your tracker website said 25-35mins obviously this was not accurate. What’s the point of having this website if it’s not going to be even a little accurate. They originally said that they were going to refund my delivery fee for the inconvenience. As I was leaving I remarked that they should refund the whole order which they did end up doing which was appreciated, but still this is their last strike and I will not be ordering from this location and will also be taking a break from Pizza...

Only reason there's 2 stars is cause delivery was fast but for my first time ordering from this location just made me not want to ever order pizza hut again i ordered the grilled cheese pizza cause it was on TV and when I got it it had only mozzarella on it so basically it was just a regular stuffed crust pizza and when I called back they said they are out of the cheddar cheese so sorry and where it's my first time trying that kind of pizza and that location they should at least try to make me happy but no I had to pay extra for that kind of pizza and when I asked why didn't you tell me that they were out when I ordered he just said sorry they didn't offer to fix it or give me at least some of my money back for paying extra or give me a different pizza they just said sorry and that's it and hung up when I told him I was excited to try that pizza and now I just wasted a bunch of money since they charge almost $4 delivery fee and you have to tip so $10 just to deliver it 1 mile and then they don't care to try and make me happy wow I'm done with them they have to keep coming up with new pizza ideas cause their employees and pizzas suck so if they can just get everyone to try their new stuff once I guess they are happy well I'm not in pissed I spent almost $30 for one pizza that was...
